My order
I fell for the 2 for one for 90 some odd dollars. Was so excited as it was for my senior dog.
I ordered on August 2nd and still have received nothing. First they tell me that my color was on backorder and I said I could care less anymore about the color just send me my bed. They wrote back ok they will get them shipped. That was August 25th. Today is September the 19th and still nothing and now they stopped responding to my emails.
90.00 is alot of money in my families budget and I feel so dumb for falling for it. When will I ever learn. And my poor senior dog.
Today I am going to petco and getting her a bed that I know she will receive. They can stick theirs up their u know what along with my 90 some odd dollars that they stole.
Dog bed purchase
On August 5th I purchased 2 dog beds on a buy one get one free special this company was advertising for on Facebook. I bought two 3xl beds. I was finally sent one bed not the right size 3 weeks after ordered. After complaining via email I was offered to buy another 2nd bed at a discount, not sure how that fixes the issue. I too fell for the 2-for-1 offer. The first order placed 5 September 2021, did not take the code for the offer; I contacted the company and was told my refund would be processed and to re-order with the 2-for-1 offer, which I did on 11 September 2021. After numerous emails, I still have NOT received the first refund, nor have I received the beds! Now they have stopped replying to my emails.
WORD OF WARNING: DO NOT order anything from this company!
