Permata Utara Company bas nama lain, bus nama lain. Tak ada any announcement dibuat kalau ada perubahan

Aku beli ticket bus permata utara ni dalam rm40 jugak dari Kota Bahru ke Kulim pukul 10 am Aku pun pi laa terminal bas kota bharu awai k 9 am mcm tu . Aku tunggu sampai lah k 10. Aku tak nampak langsung kelibat bas PERNATA UTARA. Aku husnuzon lambat sikit kott. Aku ronda pusing satu terminal tu. Nampak bas nama PERMATA JUARA. Lain dh tu rasanya bukan bas aku. Aku pun duduk balik kat kerusi. End up aku tunggu sampai k 12.30. 2 jam lebih tunggu. Awal tu aku dh tanya kaunter. Jawapan yg jaga kaunter tu " tak tahu la dik" . Dah pukul 12 mcm tu aku pergi lagi tanya kaunter hujung sekali. And guess what, bus PERMATA JUARA tu yang aku patut naik. Aku tanya tapi dalam tiket saya PERMATA UTARA. Abg kaunter tu jawab " Ha yelaa!bas tulaaaa" . Aku ni first time tau nak naik bus company ni. Dia ingat aku tahu ke bus tu aku patut naik. Dengan tak announce any updates. Takde mulut ke nak bagitahuuu. Mmg kimaklaaaa..dh kenapa company lain, nama bus lain. Wtf...mmg aku tak berurusan dah dengan company niiii.

Permata Utara Bus

Bas delayed 3jam, tiket 11:45 pm naik bas 1:30 am, ipoh ke pasir gudang amik masa 12jam, dengan bas rosak, takde bagitahu seat, suruh duduk je mana mana, bus macam bas persiaran, seat double takde gap, minta seat single dapat seat double takde gap, macam mana la nak duduk dengan stranger if lelaki ke apa, lepastu tak selesa, banyak gila berhenti, bas rosak berebut naik tukar bas lain sampaikan ada penumpang duduk lantai berhimpit tolong la jangan susahkan customer

Brought 6:00pm departure from Larkin to TBS, we on bus before 6pm but still waiting for nothing until 6:40pm. Why the bus company won’t follow the schedule? Then what for we brought by choosing the departure time? After 6:42pm finally moving out, but only few minutes then stop again at petrol station? What the fxxx? Customer time not for wasting like this!...
