deposit - judgement ordered by court
I Rented A unit from Pama management I was not able to see the unit and still they receive the money the day I will got the unit there were beer cans trash residue holes in the wall Rodent roaches everywhere I asked for my money back immediately they refused said it was my unit and told me they'll send someone to clean it up. Months went by and the place was just getting worst complaints were going unnoticed so I contacted the Better Business Bureau, fair housing and San Bernardino Code enforcement still nothing done just arguments with owners I even offered to pay out of my pocket and ask with they reimburse me are deducted out of my rent the response was no so I took them to small claims court I won the judgement now they are refusing to pay I need help

I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPIERENCE AT PAMA HERE MANAGER HAS NO PROFFESIONAL SKILLS HER 16 YEAR DAUGHTER HAS A BAD MOUTH SHE CUSSES AT THE TENANTS HER PARENTS DONT DISAPLINE HER AND BECAUSE OF HER PAMA IS TERMINATED OUR LEASE I HAVE PAYED MY RENT ON TIME STAY TO MYSELF LILLIANA GARCIA AND HER HUSBAND WOULD ASK FAVORS OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS MY AUNT HELP THEM GET CREDIT SHE ASKED THE ITEM BACK LILLIANA AND HER HUSBAND TRY TO FORCE THEM SELF THROUGH OUR DOOR CALLING NAMES AND THREATING US WENT TO PAMA TO LET THEM KNOW THE PROBLEM A WEEK LATER I GET A PAPER OF 60 DAYS TERMINATE OUR RESIDENCE A WEEK LATER THE 16 YEAR OLD HAS APROBLEM WITH ANOTHER TENANT THE POLICE CAME LILLIANA AND THE DAUGHTER GOT IN A FIGHT WITH THE TENANT SHE LIES AND USES HER BEING A MAMAGER POWER TO GET HER WAY THEY ARE PROBLEM MATIC PEOPLE PAMA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS

WE LIVED IN A HOUSE THAT WE RENTED THAT WAS FORECLOSED ON AND WE WEREN'T INFORMED THAT THE OWNERS LET IT GO.ON JULY 7, 2010 WE GOT A NOTICE THAT THE HOUSE WE LIVED IN WAS BAUGHT IN A SHORT SALE ON JULY.20 AN AREA SUPERVISOR VALERIE JONES CAME TO OUR HOME TRYING TO ACCESS THE RESIDENCE, FINDING US HERE SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDNT NO ANYONE LIVED HERE SHE WANTED ME MY WIFE AND 10 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER OUT THAT DAY . AFTER A BRIEF DISCUSSION SHE CAME BACK WITH A THREE DAY PAY OR QUIT .ITS NOW AUGUST 10 AND SHE AND THIS COMPANY ARE TRYING TO MAKE US LEAVE WITH NO CASH OR NO PLACE TO GO..HEARTLESS THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER CASH FOR KEYS THEY WANT US OUT..THEY SAID ITS MORE MONEY THEY ARE LOSING THE LONGER WE ARE HERE

I am in a similar situation and have found a card from these guys at the property where I am renting. I was wondering if you could tell me what happened after the 3 day notice. Did you pay? If not did they file and unlawful detainer and if so how soon after the 3 day. Thanks for any info you could give me.
Illegal hiring
Pama Does not fix anything on a timely manner. They cheat people for their deposit. The apartments are rented half fixed and then later fixed to charge the new tenant. They are doing scams of all kinds, from false promotions to illegal hiring and illegal paper to qualify tenants.

I agree when i moved in i was promised a drug free place to live .. What a joke. I have put up with losing everything i worked so hard to get. Including my car stolen out of my driveway. to getting robbed trying to get in my house after payday. I have complained in writing called every place humanly possible to get help to no avail. I had black mole in my bathroom for a year made me deathly sick until the gas company came out and red flagged my house. I am so sick already on disability trying to get neck surgery and they will not replace my front porch. another request in writing never addressed. on 6/4 /2015 i fell thru the wooded rotted porch and hurt myself real bad. At this point i am moving as fast as i can. this management company needs to be shut down with pain and damages done to people.
I agree 100%.I moved into 1 of their units in Hemet 3 months ago and it has been hell ever since.I have reported about my air not working, sink leaking upstairs and downstairs.Green mold in bathroom.Everyone is constantly making noise outside in the parking lot.People just blast their stereo all day.Drug deals rampant.It is like a public park with building.Many other things I could complain about but a waste of time.I have lived all over this country and this has utterly been the worst experience of my life.I gave a 30 day notice after the first week.It went completely unnoticed.Please do yourself a favor and your family's...DO NOT rent from Pama.It is not worth the easy entry they grant you at all.I'm to the point I'm just going to be homeless and lose my deposit.Seems like the best option right now.
