P C Richard and Son service for my 4 month old microwave lg lmv1831sb

I recently called your service dept (9/10/18) for a repair on my 4 month old microwave. The handle broke when i went to open the door. The representative informed me that the service will not be covered under the extended warranty. I explained this happened with my previous microwave and that was covered. She informed me that was a courtesy from them but will not be extended now. I told her that i needed it fixed and to set up an appointment to do so. She informed that they were using a 3rd party repair service and that they would get in touch with me. After i hung up i was not really happy with the whole phone call with her so i called back and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. I gave the invoice number of the microwave in question (since she told me a manager or supervisor would not get on the phone without one). I explained my situation with her and she placed me on hold. She returned back on the line (not a supervisor or manager like i requested) and told me that now the repair would be performed at no charge and the part was ordered. She also told me that a note was made that if this ever happened again with this or any other appliance in the future it would not be covered. This was the last time a courtesy would be applied to me. What i didn't inform her but i am informing you is that i guess this will be the last time i purchase any appliance from you since this is how you treat customers that have been with you for over 15 years or any customer for that matter. Also i will be passing this experience to friends and family. Also posting on any social media i can. Thank you and have a nice day

P C Richard and Son Manager Joseph Botros Jr. needs to leave this company.

I bought a dryer and was told max 6 days I'll get it.I waited a week and got a call saying that I was going to get it the next day.

Three hour later I got a call saying the warehouse will be closed so I'll get it 4-5 days. I don't know what kind of people work for this company but I'm never going back there again.

I canceled my order and went somewhere else with free delivery and got it the next day.This happen in P C Richard and Son in Paramus NJ and the guy Mit Manager Joseph Botros Jr. needs to leave this company.
