I have called every day for at least 3 months straight with no answer. Today at 9am they finally gave me hope with, "we will call you back" and to confirm my number. On dec. 26th my benefits were exhausted on monday the 28th I tried to certify for my weekly benefit and was told I had a zero balance. I'm supposed to be given the extended benefits however I did not get them. So on friday dec 31 I tried again to certify with no luck.
