NJ Unemployment review: Unemployment

I have called every day for at least 3 months straight with no answer. Today at 9am they finally gave me hope with, "we will call you back" and to confirm my number. They called back at 3:30pm and I waited on hold for 10 minutes. It said it was now transferring me, the line rang and then they HUNG up as soon as they picked up. They made a mistake on their end and 4 months ago an agent told me she fixed it but she did not. I don't know what to do anymore and I can't get in contact with NJ Unemployment.
