We drove from the auto train in Virginia to Massachusetts. We stopped at a hotel in Weehawken, New Jersey. At the exit 16E - Lincoln Tunnel / NJ 3 / Secaucus there was no lane to pay a toll so we proceeded through. I just received a bill in the mail for the $4.90 toll PLUS a $50.00 administrative fee.
