Staff behavior
My Grandaughter has done this for 3 yrs, and yes rules are broken and favortism is shown a lot. But it has been a good experience until the yr she returned as Royality - Cover Girl 2014-15. her farewll video was cut way short after i was told it was ok, None of her pics or farewll letter was ever posted on their website as promised, The other queens behaved...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

WONT REFUND ANY OF MY MONEY
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AN WILL NOT REFUND MY $440 AND HAS DONE NOTHING FOR ME HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AN GET MY MONEY BACK. LISA HYDE
