When completing the service I had to contact the Company multiple times to ask for my invoice and documents required for completion of the service. After trying for 3 weeks they finally emailed me the documents and invoice my last name was misspelled. I asked them to correct the spelling of my name for my insurance purpose and my personal records. They refused to correct it and informed me that anyone that needed information can just call. I paid 12, 100.00 for this service and it makes me very angry that they couldn't correct the spelling of my name for this amount of money that I paid.
