What a company, AVOID AVOID AVOID, ordered two items and one had to be returned due to it being faulty, asked fir a refund even though the item was sent back recorded delivery, took me months to finally get a refund, had to get the bank involved. No contact number on site, customer service is dire, order at your own peril.

I ordered from Memorycow.co.uk but didn’t receive all my items, I have tried emailing but never had a reply back, they don’t have a contact number but I managed to get a number for them from my credit card company ([protected]) but don’t bother as they never pickup. I have to make a claim through my credit card.
