Published an essay. All went well. Problem one:no-one will be able to find the essay. Type in my name and a hundred similar names come up, but not mine. Problem two:type in the essay title, nothing. Problem three:no way to contact medium. Chatbot says use url. Url not helpful to anyone searching for my work, even if it worked, which it doesn't seem to.

My name is Luis A. Estable, [protected]@gmail.com and I am writing to you because the writing web site Medium.com is withholding my payouts. I have sent them many mails about this issue and they do not reply or take care of the problem. I am enrolled in their Partner Program to qualify to receive payouts, that is to earn money and I have an account with them but they have been ignoring all of this and do not send my earnings or payouts to my bank as they are supposed to do so each month.
I don't know why they are holding my payouts or earnings. I have not done anything illegal or broken any of their rules, but still they do not answer my questions to them or let me know why I am not receiving my payouts. I have updated my payment information with them, so that's can't be the problem. I think that what they are doing is against the law since they continue to withdraw payment form my bank but do not send me what I am entitled to: my earning from the reading I am receiving on the site.
Desired outcome: I want Medium.com to send my payouts or earning to my bank as soon as possible as they are supposed to do each month. I have not broken any rules or done anything illegal for them to withhold my payouts.
