I ordered a product from LockPickWorld.com my payment was accepted, then they cancelled my order, they have not returned my payment of $457.40 USD.

On Thursday the 23’rd of June I placed an order with “lockpickworld.com” which is a subsidiary of UKBumpKeys. I ordered the expedited and tracked shipping option.
This order was for locksmithing tools specifically the “Multipick elite G-pro dimple lock pick set + leather wallet” which lists for $209.
After one 6 days I received the “multipick G-pro dimple lock picker starter kit + case” which lists for $95.99.
I have reached out on multiple platforms multiple times each. I have received no response to my issue whatsoever. I have even go so far as to contact their shipping company that transports the products for them and was told that they would attempt to contact the company but could make no assurances.
I was bait-and-switched with the cheaper version of this kit and have been summarily ignored in all of my attempts to reach a solution.
I have included pictures of the two products. The day I received this incorrect package the kit I ordered has been listed as “out of stock”
Desired outcome: Full refund and return of the product where the company pays return shipping for their mistake.
