laybyland.com.au The rep asked to pay more, but I have already paid the whole sum

I bought phone from the website www.laybyland.com.au. I paid the last payment 2 weeks ago, but the rep recently informed me that I owed them about $200. I have no idea how it was possible. I sent them the proof from my bank, but the rep continued to send me fake emails and asked for money. I have no idea what measures to take now. Please, maybe someone can advise me something. Post comments.

laybyland.com.au They provided broken item and refused to repair it

I ordered refrigerator from the website www.laybyland.com.au. I need to pay about $2 per week within 52 weeks. I was so happy, but the refrigerator came in damaged condition, so I called to the customer services. I hoped that the rep would help me or change it. But this ### only told the price of repair. I asked maybe they could help me to repair it, but the rep refused. The horrible services, so better avoid them and post comments about your experience with this company.
