Lawn was last mowed on September 4th. They "said" I called and canceled the service. I did no such thing. Now they can't come until Tuesday the 14th. I thought weekly meant what it means, not just when one feels like it. I tried to message my crew: NO RESPONSE. Having contact with my crew (purpose of the app) would have been very helpful.
