Lawn Starter review: Lawn mowing

Lawn was last mowed on September 4th. They "said" I called and canceled the service. I did no such thing. Now they can't come until Tuesday the 14th. I thought weekly meant what it means, not just when one feels like it. I tried to message my crew: NO RESPONSE. Having contact with my crew (purpose of the app) would have been very helpful. Having no contact really hurt and hindered the situation. When one calls LawnStarter then normally one is on hold for 30 minutes or more. Resolutions (if there is one) is normally unsatisfactory as in this case. My yard, by Tuesday, will be tall and a joke throughout the neighborhood. I am almost 70 years old. It may be hoove me to just start mowing my own yard. Too bad I had a hip replacement done.

Desired outcome: Weekly service and contact with crew.
