bad service rendered by staff
I went to krispy kreme doughnuts outlet in plaza shah alam selangor yesterday and very disappointed with service i received from the staff there. I bought half dozen of doughnuts and wanted to dine in with my 2 kids. Unfortunately, without asking whether i want to take away or dine in, that staff simply put doughnuts in the box. When i told her i want to have it there, she just ask me to eat right from the box. She even added that's how they serve it. Thats not the first time i went there and i knew there's a side plate and cutlery provided. The way she serve and replied to customer is very unacceptable and disappointed. I hope this complain will be highlighted to the management and to improve their service.

Awful experience
Krispy Kreme sold me 100 dozen boxes of old doughnuts and then refused to do anything about them when I complained. They told me that in order to do anything, manager authorization was required. I tried to reach manager and then a few days later that location went out of business.

My son saw Krissy creme donut holes at the grocery store and was so excited to take them home and eat them and when I looked at why he said tasted funny it’s filled with webbing I guess is mold?! So so disgusting
Bought a dozen chocolate donuts at your minneappolis mn. store and while eating bit down on a donuts to find a sizeable piece of cd case plastic only to have horrible shock and pain to my mouth and one of my new 750.00 crowns. I called the company left a message but no one ever called. very disappointed!
I am disgusted by the service that I recieved from krispy Kreme inthe bullring in Birmingham today. I purchased a pack of assorted doughnuts I admit it was busy but I had a voucher to recieve my free doughnuts on my iPhone and before I could show them they had processed it through the till so it was to late so I missed out on them I was very disappointed that they didn't sort it out and there was not 1 apology. Hope to hear back from somebody regarding this.
Maybe you should look up their main headquarters online and complaign.
