Kimkaps.com They only promise, but deliver nothing

Don’t buy from the website www.kimkaps.com. I and my friend ordered 2 hats from them. We paid and the seller told that within 2 weeks we would get the order. We waited 14 days, but nothing arrived. We called to the customer services and the agent told to be patient and wait more. After that the agent told only fake and stupid promises, but we didn’t get the order and it turned out that they didn’t refund as well. Bad services and company. Share your views.

Kimkaps.com Over two months since I placed my order and still nothing

Over two months since I placed my order and still nothing. I've exchanged several emails over the last two months and I keep getting lied to about my order shipping. They've had $110 of my money since September 20! Horrible customer service and I feel like I've been scammed at this point-don't know if I'll ever get my stuff or my money back! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

These complaints are concerning the line of scrubs we rolled out last year. As with any new product, we encountered some issues with production and delays in receiving our shipments of fabric, which caused the manufacturing to be delayed further. We explained the situation to those customers who's orders were taking longer than anticipated and offered refunds of their purchase as well as free surgical caps as our gift for the inconvenience. The claim of the refund not being received has been resolved, the refund was processed and we sent scrub caps with no charge. We make all of our products right here in the US and we take great pride in offering the highest quality items and customer service. I am dealing with the same situation! I ordered two caps and a set of scrubs on 12/1/12, never received anything, Called end of December got some story about the scrub fabric being on backorder, blah blah.. I went along with it when they said my order would be there in a week. 10 days later, no order, couldn't get in touch with Kim Larson but a Holly did at least email me with some words of sympathy... I asked for the order to just be cancelled and here I am today, no caps, no scrubs, no credit back to my card and I had to put the charges in dispute..
TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! So disappointed...

Kimkaps.com I won't recommend anybody this company, very unprofessional

They have terrible customer service. I requested exchange a surgical cap I got, and Kim told me to send her txt that mentioned my name and the one that I want to exchange. Since then, she've never sent me the one I want. I called her two phone number every week to get exchange process going. But, never gotten hold of her. One month later since I contacted Kim first time, I decided to contact paypal to get refund due to they never called me back and never sent me the exchanged one I requested. I don't think I've never purchased any product from Kim and neither of my co-worker. I won't recommend anybody this company. very unprofessional.

I love Kim maps. Always been very pleasant and accommodating on every transaction I have made. I have bought at least 20 hats from her and will continue to buy many more.

I too have purchased many Kaps from KimKaps ...I love her Kaps! I never had a problem re: customer service. I have spoke to Kim directly and was very surprised and impressed to find she was very humble and down to earth. I recommend her website and products over and over again. Oh, did I mention KimKaps has free S&H on items returned as well as items purchased ...how cool is that! I'm sure if you KimKaps another chance you'll be pleasantly surprised ...smiles.

I have purchased several items from KimKaps and all my items came on time and looking beautiful. I have never asked to exchange anything before so I have not had any experience with that aspect of it, but my experience with KimKaps has been very good and I have recommended her to all of my co-workers as they and my patients always give me compliments on my Kaps. I have an order in process right now and I cant wait to get them. Sorry your experience was bad.
