kiacarparts.net missing parts

placed an order on June 9 after the runaround on shipping I finally got my order only to see it was missing 1 very important part a left fender liner after several calls and CHECKING with the warehouse I was told it never shipped now after several emails and unreturned phone calls I have yet to get a tracking # or any info on missing part or when it will ship on top the fact that the website SAYS it comes with most of the hardware to install the liners but that wasn't included either I simply want my parts that I paid for, 2 weeks ago and counting

We were having difficulty finding a part for our Kia. All the local parts houses had the wrong part. We called Kia Depot AKA kiacarparts.net. They have a listing in our local yellow pages. Kia Depot assured us since they are a dealer they could get the correct part based on our VIN. We ordered the part. It was wrong. The same thing everyone else was trying...
