KIA of Cape Coral Car sold to my daughter and me

KIA of Cape Coral in Cape Coral FL sold us a 2020 Nissan Altima SR and said it was still under warranty and also gave a KIA six months warranty. They didn’t disclose that the car had been wrecked and had many problems. We took it to a Nissan dealership in Royal Palm Beach Florida because code lights kept coming on and that’s how we found out that it had been wrecked and had after market brakes that are installed incorrectly. Warranty is voided because it’s been wrecked. Many of things are wrong with it as well. I’ve been in touch with KIA of Cape Coral several times asking that they make it right since fraud has been committed but to no avail. I’m a disabled elderly woman and my daughter has problems as well. I want them to give us a different car that doesn’t have problems and is under warranty and zero out what is owed to the finance company. I can’t even get the General Manager to call me. Also my daughter took the vehicle to the service department at KIA and they wouldn’t even check it.
