4-slot toaster
Bought the toaster from Costco warehouse about 3 months ago and now half of the slots are not working. Tried to email the customer service and never received a reply. Then I called the customer service number [protected]-TEAM, and after several rounds of selections in the voice menu below:
press 1 for customer service ->
press 1 for English ->
press 2 for products purchased at retail store ->
and then right after hearing a list of options for four specific products (for which toaster is not among them), I heard this:
"SORRY YOU HAD A PROBLEM. GOOD-BYE".

6.3 quart air fryer
I ordered the subject air fryer on October 21, 2020. My order # is 1251062 The product has not shipped. I've contacted Kalorik on Nov 4, Nov 11 and Nov 16.
