Refund not received
I ordered OnePlus Nord 3, and return my order due to not available at delivery location. I prepaid the money 24,499 on April 14. and returned on April 16, it's been more than 20 days I didn't receive any refund. And frequently contact with customer care but their is no response of refund money. And I frequently sent mails to jiomart. Order no:17130740600055993A. Please help to get my refund money.
Online delivery of items
The Jiomart online app is involved in lot of irregularities by keeping money of consumers through pre paid orders and then refunding it in ten to fifteen days without supplying material. This is breach of trust and such app should be immediately banned .one such order details are as below
