Poor Customer Service
I bought a bracelet from this company, and it broke within 3 weeks of my purchase. In order to have it repaired, I had to return it to them at my expense. It has broken again in the same spot. I contacted them and have had absolutely no response. So I am left with a very expensive broken bracelet. I am appalled at their poor customer service.

Will not return my money
Claim the bracelets are of the finest quality, $450.00 you get crap that breaks constantly, replacement bracelets break repeatedly and they will not give you your money back. Then they make you choose a different bracelet, something more durable and the same thing happens. The gold washes off, the pins break, the clasps break. You send your broken one back and two weeks later you get a new one, it breaks in a week, send it back and the cycle repeats. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and 6 months later I get another bracelet, turns out the BBB was useless. This company misrepresented themselver and their product. If it had any value, they could not afford to send a replaceement bracelet every month. Give me back my money and let me purchase real jewelery from a reputable company.
