Investin PLC real estate scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM INVESTIN PLC! It is a SCAM! Ask them to confirm if they own the property they are selling. They do not own anything! They put a fraction of a deposit to reserve a property from a legitimate developer and then try to sell it on for a massive profit! I exchanged on a flat from them in June 2015 at Greenwich Collection through CBRE and it...

Investin PLC Scam properties

I paid a deposit on 2 flats I bought from the developer Investin plc and his CEO John Downer via Remax Central Investin Plc is not the actual developer but they are buying form another developer and then selling to Foreign buyers adding 100% margin on top, also they lied to us saying we could get mortgages and then the bank came back to us saying you can not get mortgages because the contracts are wrong.
