I have had an account with this image hosting site for many years. Recently I went to use one of the images I had uploaded to the site and noticed there were several of my images missing. I then contacted them via email to complain about the missing images. A day later I receive an email stating the fallowing:
Dear Jake,
Upon reviewing your account we have found that several images violate our terms of service, therefore the account has been removed. All images and content contained within the account have been deleted from our servers. If you have any questions please reply back to this message.

No warning, no chance to retrieve my images or anything. This is in no way to conduct a service. Also NONE of the images I had uploaded to the site violated ANY of there rules. The fact is I had all of my images marked as private anyway so it shouldn't matter what images I had on there as long as they weren't public. Simply put this is just a unjust way to run the site and to lie and say there were violations of terms is ludicrous.
Peter is nothing more than a power tripped jerk with nothing better to do with his time than to not take complaints seriously.
