Cabana
I still cannot believe you charge 470.00 for a cabana we were literally stuck inside of all day long because if we sat outside of it, we got soaked from a slide above. This was cabana number 29 that it sems you fit there to make extra money. Not ONLY did we get soaked if we tried to enjoy the sunshine, the chairs were all wet when we arrived. Our waitress hardly ever came over, our cabana was missing a QR code and menu. When we asked for one we were told they ran out and would make copies. Guess what? We never received it, so we would continuously have to walk from cabana 29 to grill to order. This is ridiculous, we get a cabana everywhere knowing they are all pricey but USUSALLY 100% worth it. I would like to hear back from the general manager of cabanas, I feel we were way over charged for something that should not even be in the spot it is in. I still am having a hard time understanding how anyone would like to sit somewhere they would be soaked all day long! My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

Refund or free return tickets
My family and I (total of 7 people) went to Hershey Park 6/25 & 6/26 - we purchased our tickets online. To my surprise the park was dirty especially the bathrooms which were actually discusstting ! Every employee I asked a question to, such as where a certain ride was had the same answer - they didn't know! how do you employ people who do not know the park? I asked several different employees where Nathan's was and was told there was no Nathan's in the park when there actually is! Obviously you need to train tyour employees to be able to answer simple questions. I purchased the refillable drink cups only to have a problem refilling them each and every time! Every time I went to scan the cup it would not work and I had to get on a long line for an employee to assist me - wasted more time doing that then going on rides! My son then purchased a bottle of water from one of the vending machines and when he got it the bottle was actually warm -I took it to a stand to try to exchange it for a cold one and was simply told No! We where there on the 26th at night and a storm came thru employees were actually telling us to seek shelter we went to go stand in a small store (like a hut) and the employee told us we could not stand there! we were in the middle of a horrible storm! I would like either a refund for the 7 tickets or 7 return tickets so maybe my family can try to enjoy the park again. Your tickets are not cheap and it is not fair that my family could not enjoy themselves

My 2 days at the park
I was at Hershey Park on 6/25 and 6/26 with my family we purchased our tickets online with a total of 7 tickets. I was very disappointed at how dirty the park was especially the bathrooms. Any employee that I approached to ask a simple question such as where a certain ride was not one could answer me simply responding by saying they don't know! How do you work there and not know. I also asked 3 different employees where Nathans was located and was told there was no Nathans in the park I even went to Guest Services to ask and was tol the same thing when infact there is! I purchased 3 of Re-fillable cups and each and everytime I went to refill them the scanner could not read my cup so I had to get on a long line to get assistance - spent more time doing that then gong on rides! Then I was told I could only re fill my cups once per hour that is ridiculous I paid $20.00 per cup! on 6/26 I was at the park that evening when a horrible storm came through and employees were telling everyone t take cover- we went to enter a small hut (like a store) and the employee actually told us we could not stand in there! I purchased a water from the vending machine which I could not drink because it was actually warm The park is not a cheap place to take a family. I would a refund and/or free return tickets
