This review is about their lack of customer service. My husband's company had an employee picnic there, and although parking wasn't included, a half off discount was provided (so parking cost us $12.50). A couple days beforehand, our son was sent home from school with a fever. His medical condition worsened & we were unable to attend the company picnic (for the obvious reason of staying home to monitor our 5 year old ... we even tried bribing him with a trip to Hersheypark & he said no, so you know he was sick!). I called customer service & explained the situation. I was led to believe that due to a medical condition a refund could be provided, all I had to do was email Alyssa, the customer service supervisor. Her response was that it was a contractual, nonrefundable price, which I also knew, & they wouldn't provide a refund. I asked again, stating I understood the policy but felt an exception could be made given the nature of the event. I also asked for a manager. Cathy, the area manager, did respond, again stating they wouldn't provide a refund. Refunding $12.50 wouldn't, from my perspective, hurt them - no employee was losing out on money, I didn't take anyone's spot (again, it's a digital parking pass). But they insist on sticking to the nonrefundable policy, stating they hope I can come back to "make sweet memories" another time. Not really sure why I'd want to go back, given this experience. Guess the pandemic really hit their bottom line & now they're doing all they can to recoup as much as possible, with no regard for how it affects the other person. Nice to know Hersheypark isn't in the business of customer service ... and the business is always right!

Desired outcome: Refund the $12.50.

We have been in line for the Super Looper we started at 11:50 with a listed 30 minute wait. It is now 1:16 and we are still waiting and not even on the steps yet. Sooo disappointed!
