Have bought many items over many years from Groupon.
Have always had great service.
Always been able to contact Groupon via phone, email or via their online chat site.
Always been pleased by the way they have dealt with my enquiries to do with late deliveries or Defective items. Trust them to deal with any items I buy through their site as I know if I have a problem... It will be dealt with quickly and professional. Would recommend them to everyone.

Groupon Gia is Hypnosis

I just returned from a session with Gia at I am Hypnosis. The session was wonderful. Gia is friendly, helpful, and very easy to talk with. Using a soothing voice, and very supportive, loving suggestions and visualization, she helped me address the issue about which I'd emailed her. It is clear from her welcoming demeanor and professionalism that Gia is interested in, and capable of providing a deeply relaxed state while offering useful suggestions. BRAVO and thanks!

Groupon Having withdrawals!

I am devastated! Shopped with ideel/ideel since 2012. My family even knew that gift time to buy me an ideel gift certificate. Nothing bad to say about Groupon, it's a groupon not ideeli. Even my UPS man has asked me what happened. I shop the site daily and loved the Sunday Night Steals. Where will I shop now? Yes Hautelook is ok but as far as they go, just go to Nordstrom. I feel like I will be left behind with fashion as opposed to trending. I'm just sick about it.

Groupon You can find almost ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!

Love this company and their deals. Even if for some reason you don't use them before they expire, you can still get at least what you paid for it! I've found so many new wonderful placed simply because of Groupon, and now I'm a repeat customer. On the one unusual occasion that I did have a problem, I called customer service and they made it right within MINUTES. The merchants that use Groupon are really smart to, great way to build their clientele. You can even use Groupon with e-bates! Will never stop using, and if you haven't used Groupon yet, find a place and service near you and start now!

Groupon So far so good

I have only bought products off Groupon because friends have warned me that the entertainment or food Groupons can often be scams or just don't work. Everything I have bought (a dog seat cover, a number sign for our home, wine, air filters) has been up to par. I am careful and read it carefully. I did cancel an order and in fact returned something with absolutely no problem at all. I have read the bad reviews but myself personally have never had these problems. I have gotten some great deals and been pleased thus far. Customer service has always been kind to me just through EM's. I have been happy with Groupon.

Groupon LOVED IT!

I read peoples reviews nd i must say i was scared to purchase an item from this please cause the comments were so bad. But after recieving my items, i was very pleased with the results. Great quality for the price i paid, imean i normally buy my stuff from from big companys like Debenhams or house of fraser or Victorias secrets nd pay a fortune nd most of them aren't even as good quality material as the things i paid for on ivrose. Girls... try not to listen to all the bad comments nd just try it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed. Trust me. Some people are just haters. Yes i wasted longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. First item came very quick. Second took abit longer but i was told it was being shipped from another country. Worth it trust me.

Groupon Keep Credit Card OFF your account!

Big surprise to me, I found out I bought a duct cleaning service. Groupon or someone
Groupon allowed charged $40.00 to my card for a duct cleaning used it at their house (probably not, probably just scammed the money) while I wasn't even home that weekend. When I wrote to Groupon they blew me off even though it hadn't even been month and even though it was total fraud! They said I didn't respond in a timely manner. What's funny in my email I told them I wasn't home that day, and when I went back in to check on the redemption they had changed the date of the redemption. They are very dishonest. Mine was $40.00 but I wonder how many they have done that to. It could be very lucrative for them to do that to a lot of people and not have to pay anyone. I am going to file with the BBB and probably notify the Secretary of State or whoever I can. Please take your credit card off of your account and just put it in momentarily. Or better yet, don't buy anything from these people. Thank you for reading.

Groupon Disappointing Experience with Groupon: Hotel Booking and Refund Issues

00%) of our money back to our credit card. It took over a month to get the refund, but we finally did.

Overall, our experience with Groupon was not great. We were disappointed with the hotel we booked through them, and even more disappointed with the way they handled our situation. It was frustrating to have to deal with so many phone calls and emails just to get a refund. We also felt that Groupon should have done more to investigate the hotel before offering it as a deal on their site. We will think twice before booking through Groupon again.

Groupon Groupon Review: Poor Quality Products, Terrible Customer Service, and No Returns

Groupon has been a real headache for me. The products they sell are of such poor quality that they don't even last for a few days. When I tried to return them, they refused to take them back, citing their 14-day return policy. It's ridiculous that they don't support their customers, and I don't understand why they even have a customer support department.

My first experience with Groupon was when I bought a voucher for a restaurant that was closed. They did refund my money, but it was a bad omen. I then bought some clothes for my daughter, and they started unraveling within a month. I thought it was just a one-off incident, but then my 1-year-old niece accidentally ordered Walking Dead tickets on my phone. I managed to get my money back, but it was a close call.

For Christmas, I ordered a Bluetooth car device that was supposed to diagnose car problems. However, it didn't connect to Bluetooth, and since it was after the 14-day return period, they refused to take it back. I also bought three Groupons for mugs that show a picture when hot liquid is poured in them. The first one didn't work, and when I tried to contact PrinterPix, they didn't answer. I emailed them after a month, and they asked me to send them a picture. Two months later, I got the mug, and it still didn't work.

I thought it might be the picture, so I sent two more in for the other two Groupons. One of them came in shattered, and when I tried to call PrinterPix, I couldn't get through. I emailed them, but it's been almost two months, and I still haven't received a reply. When I contacted Groupon, they asked me if I had tried contacting PrinterPix. Seriously?

I finally told them to take me off their email list, and I won't be ordering from them again. It may take me a while to learn my lesson, but eventually, it sinks in. If you get a defective, broken, or wrong product, you'll be out of luck. If the service is poor or nonexistent, you'll be screwed. That's probably how they make their money. They'll apologize and say they don't want their customers to feel that way, but they have "policies."

I'm only giving them a 1 because a few of the things I bought were okay, but it's a gamble. If you have issues, you're out of luck. So, buyer beware.

Groupon Misleading groupon deal at the melting pot restaurant - beware!

Me and my partner decided to try out Groupon for the first time on 1/3/2017. We purchased a coupon for $100 to use at The Melting Pot restaurant in Bedford, Massachusetts. The deal was advertised as being able to apply our $100 to meals and receive 4 $25 credits when we visited the restaurant 4 times. We were excited to try out this new restaurant and save some money while doing it.

However, on 1/25/17, when we went to use the coupon on a $37 meal, we found out that the deal was not exactly as described. We had thought we could use our $100 over several visits, but our waiter told us we needed to spend it all in a single visit. We showed them the deal, and asked them to show us where it said that, but they could not. Nonetheless, the restaurant said we needed to spend the rest of the $100 on that visit, which we did not want to do. They said they could do nothing and we had to take it up with Groupon. We paid for that meal in cash and left, very unhappy, but expecting at least to get a refund.

We were not the only ones who had this experience. After visiting the restaurant, we read the reviews of the offer, and there were two which recounted experiences identical to ours. One called it the biggest scam around. Also, reading all the other scam victims of Groupon on this website provides strong evidence for our government to take action to stop what Groupon is doing.

We contacted Groupon the next day. Even though we had good reason to ask for a simple refund, Groupon refused to give it. Over the course of several emails and phone calls, we gave them our arguments, but they just replied with bland robo-emails. They had our money and were not going to give it back.

We had charged it on a VISA card, and we entered a dispute. VISA listened to our story, saw our point and gave us a "provisional" $100 credit. But a few weeks later they took that back saying that they could not legally take back the money from Groupon (or at least were not willing to fight them for our measly $100.)

We were naive to trust Groupon, and it looks like we will get no satisfaction from them. We can at least warn others to beware of Groupon.

This episode reflects poorly on the business practices of both Groupon and The Melting Pot restaurant, neither of whom even apologized for the misleading offer. If they even cared, they could have at least improved the description of the deal to make it clearer, but they have not.

Good businesses stand behind what they sell. There is no good reason for Groupons 3 day refund rule, other than to keep the money of unhappy customers. They have no regrets as long as they can keep our money. We hope that others will learn from our experience and avoid using Groupon in the future.

Groupon Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Groupon Goods

I gotta say, I've never been one to leave a bad review, but this time I just gotta let it out. Groupon, man, they really let me down. I ordered this NCAA toolbox for my husband, but when it arrived, it was for the wrong school. So I called up customer service and spoke with Chris, who said he'd look into it and get back to me. A few days later, I got an email from him asking if I'd received his previous email, but I hadn't. Then he told me my item hadn't even shipped yet, which was weird because I already had it in my hands. I emailed him back, but didn't hear from him until a few days later. By this point, I was getting pretty frustrated.

So I called up customer service again and spoke with a woman who said she'd forward my issue to upper management. I told her that should have been done already and that it had been almost a week since I first contacted them. I just wanted my correct order, but it seemed like no one was paying attention to my issue. So I decided to just reorder it myself and send the incorrect one back. It was faster than trying to go through customer service, which was just a mess.

Honestly, I'm not gonna order from Groupon Goods again. It's not because of the mistake, but because of the customer service. I felt like I was being passed around and no one was really dealing with my issue. It's a shame, because I used to really like Groupon. But this whole ordeal just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Groupon Disappointed with groupon's customer service: a warning to potential customers

Me and my hubby have been using Groupon for over 4 years now and we have always been satisfied with the deals we get. We love to try out new restaurants and Groupon has helped us save a lot of money while doing so. We have been to more than 30 places thanks to Groupon. However, our recent experience with Groupon has left us disappointed.

On April 6th, 2017, I purchased several Groupons for dining for our upcoming trip to Miami. We were excited to try out some new restaurants in Miami. However, when we got there, we found out that one of the restaurants we had a Groupon for was closed. We tried to visit the restaurant on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but it was closed on all those days during normal business hours without any notice on its website or the door. We even tried calling the restaurant and Groupon customer service, but we didn't get any response.

When we got back home, I contacted Groupon customer service to explain the situation. I told them that I am not local to Miami and that I really did try hard to use the Groupon. I even mentioned that we have been loyal customers for many years. However, to my surprise, Groupon refused to refund me for the Groupon that I couldn't use. They didn't even bother to explain why they refused to refund me. I was shocked and disappointed by their behavior.

I tried to ask them what I could have possibly done in that situation, but they didn't answer my question. Instead, they were rude and unhelpful. They didn't treat me like a loyal customer, and they clearly didn't value me. I spent hundreds of dollars at Groupon over the years, and yet they were willing to lose me as a customer over a $19 transaction. This is not how a company should treat its customers.

I urge you not to use Groupon. They don't value their customers, and they don't care about your feelings. They don't want to listen to you or help you in any way. Instead, try using other programs like dining with air companies' miles. It will save you money and stress in the long run. Groupon's behavior was completely unethical, and what they did was fraud. They made me pay for services that were never provided to me.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Groupon to anyone. They have lost a loyal customer, and I will never use their services again.

Groupon Groupon Review: Stick to Digital Deals, Avoid Buying Products

I've bought a few digital deals on Groupon and they've been great. Deals like $10 for $20 Starbucks and Target have been easy to use. You just apply the deal to your account and you're good to go. However, I recently made my first purchase of an actual item and it wasn't a good experience.

The deal I ordered was significantly cheaper than other sites, even with the $3.99 shipping. It was cheaper than Amazon, where I have Prime free shipping. But when I received my order, it was missing half of it. I ordered two items and only received one. That's not cool.

It took me forever to find their customer service email. I clicked on "contact customer service" on my order and sent an email that way, but it bounced back as a fail. I found another email on their site, but that email address also came back as a message failure. Finally, I googled their customer service email and found it that way. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to find their correct email.

When I finally got a response, they told me they can't send me the missing item in my order. They offered me a credit for the missing item, but it was way lower than the missing item cost. The other option was to return it for a full refund, but they told me they don't even know if that's an option. I looked all through the fine print of my order and couldn't find out if I could return it for a full refund or not. I sent an email asking for clarification of the return policies and if I were to choose the credit option, they need to give me more for it because they only offered me a few dollars for the credit of a $15 item. It's been 24 hours since I sent the email and I haven't received a response.

Their shipping costs are also a huge deterrent. When you're searching through items, it doesn't state what the shipping costs are. You have to click on each individual item to find out. Most items are $3.99 shipping, some are $2.95, and some shipping is more depending on the item. Only occasionally do you find an item with free shipping.

Overall, my experience with buying my first (and ONLY) product on Groupon was not worth it. I'll definitely be sticking with Amazon and Target who have excellent policies and customer service, plus free shipping. If you're going to use Groupon, stick with their digital deals and stay away from buying any actual products from them.

Groupon Stay away from groupon: a complete disgrace to customers

Groupon, oh boy, where do I even begin? This company has left me absolutely flabbergasted. I mean, how do they even manage to stay afloat with the way they operate? It's like they don't even care about their customers. If you're reading this, take my advice and steer clear of Groupon. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of frustration and hair-pulling.

I've had two terrible experiences with Groupon when it comes to booking hotels. They claim to offer great deals, but in reality, they just hike up the prices and then offer a discount. So you end up paying the same amount as you would anywhere else, if not more. And if you do manage to find a deal that's slightly cheaper, it's usually because the product or experience is complete garbage and no one else wants it. Why waste your money on something that's going to give you stress and disappointment when you could spend a little extra and have an amazing experience?

Groupon ruined two of my short breaks before I finally caught on to their scam. My partner even bought a few products through them, but they were all rubbish and ended up in the bin after just a few days. And don't even get me started on their heavily discounted products. If you do a quick search online, you'll find that you can usually get the same thing for the same price or even cheaper elsewhere.

Now, I know what you're thinking. If I hate Groupon so much, why am I even writing this review? Well, unfortunately, a family friend bought me an experience as a birthday present. By the time it got to me, it was too late to get a refund, so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. The voucher I printed had the wrong address on it, and when I called Groupon to ask for more information, they just kept repeating that everything I needed to know was on the voucher. But there was no detailed address or contact number, just useless information that didn't help me at all.

So I drove for an hour to the address they provided, only to find out that it was the wrong one. I spent half an hour looking around, but the place was likely closed by that point. And to make matters worse, I found out later that there were several different addresses for the place and different opening and closing times. It's like Groupon is run by a bunch of cowboys who partner with clowns to provide their useless products and services.

In short, Groupon is a complete disgrace. I urge you to avoid them at all costs. The sooner people stop using them, the better. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Groupon Groupon's poor customer service: my frustrating experience

Groupon Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Groupon's customer service. I had a problem with my purchase and they haven't done anything to fix it. I bought 3 tickets for $43 each in Sec G, J, but when I got my voucher tickets in 'my groupon', they were for Sec V. That section wasn't even an option when I made the purchase! I paid $129 for the tickets I wanted, but now I'm stuck with tickets I didn't even choose. And to make matters worse, they're non-refundable.

I booked a hotel reservation next to the venue for my kids to attend the event, which cost me $363. But now that I have the wrong tickets, I don't even know if we'll be able to sit together. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for the past three days, but they haven't been able to help me. I've talked to Raul S and Oscar, but nothing has been done to fix the problem.

I've provided all the evidence of my purchase, but they still haven't corrected their mistake. I just want the tickets I paid for in Sec G, J or something comparable. If they don't fix this soon, I might have to take legal action. I've already lost time and money because of their mistake, and I don't want to be stuck with the additional costs of litigation.

I hope Groupon can do the right thing and fix this issue. I don't want to be disappointed and frustrated anymore. Please let me know what you're going to do to resolve this matter.

Thanks,
Diana

Groupon Groupon Goods' Return Policy Falls Short: A Disappointing Experience with Expired Supplements

I recently had an issue with Groupon Goods Return Policy and I wanted to share my experience. I had ordered the gg-cm-professional-strength-hair-supplement-for-women and received two bottles of Bosley product. However, both bottles had a manufacturing date of July 2018, which means that they will expire in July 2020. According to good manufacturing practices in the US, supplements of this kind lose potency after 2 years. This means that if I started taking 1 per day yesterday, then I will be taking the pills from the 2nd bottle well into July 2020.

When I contacted customer service, I was told by a representative named Naledi M. that she will not send me a replacement bottle due to the group on policy of no refunds for this type of product. However, I read the policy and it also states that if the product is defective, then it can be returned or replaced. I consider this to be defective because you can't sell a drug product that is going to be utilized (taken orally) if it is going to be expired during usage. The first bottle will just make it by the expiry date if taken as directed starting yesterday but the 2nd bottle will not.

I was not satisfied with the response I received from the customer service representative, so I requested to speak to a manager. After some back and forth, I was eventually transferred to a supervisor named Nomfundo M. who apologized for the negative experience I had with their customer service agent. However, she also informed me that they won't be able to accept a return or exchange in this case.

I am disappointed with the way this situation was handled by Groupon. As a customer, I expect to receive products that are not expired and safe to use. It is concerning that this lot of Bosley product is being sold despite being close to its expiry date. I hope that Groupon will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the response I received from Groupon and I will be hesitant to use their services in the future. It is important for companies to prioritize the safety and satisfaction of their customers, and I feel that Groupon fell short in this regard.

Groupon Groupon's Unethical Practices: A Warning to Others

I had a really bad experience with Groupon back in May of 2017. My family and I decided to take a trip to a hotel that was six hours away. We found the hotel on Groupon's website and it looked luxurious. However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find that the hotel was filled with mold and had a terrible smell. The pool was also over-chlorinated and smelled like a retirement home gone wrong. We immediately called Groupon to complain about the condition of the hotel and to request a refund. The customer service representative told us that we would receive a full refund and to check out of the hotel immediately.

We had to pay triple the amount we had paid on Groupon to find another hotel because everywhere was booked. When we got back home, we received an email from Groupon saying that they were sorry for our experience and that they had removed the hotel from their website. However, they also said that they could not give us a refund at that time. We were furious and called and emailed them multiple times, but they refused to give us a refund. They claimed that the hotel was not willing to give us a refund, but when we called the hotel manager, he told us that it was Groupon's decision.

We were extremely frustrated and angry with Groupon. We fought with them for a month, and they finally gave us a credit on their website to purchase more deals. However, we could not return any of the items we purchased with the credit. They only gave us a credit of $137 out of the $450 we had spent. We were not happy with this, but we decided to use the credit to purchase an adventure kit, which was good.

Today, I went on Groupon's website to use the remaining credit, but it was gone. I contacted customer service, and they told me that I never had a credit. They passed me to another agent who told me the same thing. I was extremely frustrated and angry with Groupon. I feel like they robbed me of my hard-earned money. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and will do so every day until they are investigated for their unethical practices.

Groupon may have a good name, but they are just as filthy and low down dirty as people who steal identities and rob people of their money. They sit behind their desks or on their couches and smile at the paycheck they have earned off of poor people like me who need a good deal to have a nice vacation. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing how much they screw people over. I wish I had read the countless reviews and warnings about this site before I made the mistake of using it. I hope this review stops at least one person from making the same mistake I did. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
