GA Dept of Labor reviews and complaints

I filed for unemployment 02/07/21. I eventually had to appeal because of controversy with former employer. I won on appeal and received a determination that I could be paid benefits. I received this determination letter on 10/19/21. I have not received any benefits. When will benefits begin, I have been patiently waiting for almost 10 months.. I received two phone calls and could not understand the person speaking. I have emailed the DOL several times and placed several phone calls. this claim should have been paid completely by now and I have received nothing. Today's date is Dec 16, 2021.

I filed on 0611 and have yet to have any assistance. I am unemployed due to coronavirus, I know of others who have gotten their cards and gotten approved and a lump sum within a week. I can't get anyone to email be back or answer the phone. I have called the governor's office and commissioner. I don't know what else to do but this is ridiculous I have been paying taxes for 20 years and need help with my bills. I apologize for seeming addled but i've called tons of numbers and have gotten noone. Who is in charge?
