Hello,

I placed a Wire Transfer Withdrawal of $1127 on sunday 24th April, 2016 before 7am (Sydney time), It was scheduled to be processed between Monday, 25th and Tuesday 26th. On Tuesday 26 Apr 2016 02:02 it left my Freelancer account. Today is Wednesday the 5th of May and I have not
received the money in my local account yet.

This was the first Ticket ID i sent initially
Ticket ID: SMS-[protected]
Subject: Have not received Wire Withdrawal
Status: Open

I had a chat with Marise C this is what he replied

This is in line with our Chat ID: MVC-[protected] and an acknowledgment your missing wired withdrawal concern has been forwarded to the Tier 2 of our Billing Support that handles these concerns

Subject: Still Yet to receive my Wire Withdrawal

on the 4th of May, 2016

Yet I am still yet to receive the money,

I will attach the transaction history page as well as Marise C email

Please I need the money refunded to my Freelancer.com account or sent to my Local Frist Bank of Nigeria Account.
