Customer service is virtually non-existent
Ordered a customer jersey that took nearly twice as long as expected to receive, and I only received it after launching a complaint with PayPal. When I finally received the jersey, it not only was an obvious fake, but it didn't even have the right colors (unless the Pittsburgh Pirates use ORANGE instead of yellow/gold!). Customer service is virtually non-existent...at best, you can e-mail with a non-English speaking person.

This website is out of China and advertises "AUTHENTIC" Majestic brand baseball jerseys and other sports jerseys.
