fairfield properties reviews and complaints

Stay away from the company Fairfield Properties. I have rented flat through the company and I wasted only money. I have paid for the lawyer services and it was useless, because this man did nothing in order to help me. Also, the owner of this company called me and asked to leave the flat earlier and I moved from the flat for 4 months earlier, but now they want money for these 4 months. Seriously, it wasn’t ok and I can’t terminate the contract with them now.

This company buys apartment buidings and fixes them up. They will set up hacksaws outside your window all day, along with nailing things. I have never seen such a waste of money, the nice interior lobby was ripped apart 6 months ago, and where have we gotten? a ugly floor which costs me dozens of hours of sleep. Every day there out there wasting money. the place was fine, now they come in and make ridicuous amounts of noise. They should of kicked everybody out before they did thid, I have never seen such a large inconveinance in my life, It costs me time with my family because i cant sleep at day, its amazing, them with an extreme insult they send me the rent check after literally torturing me. They wont compensate me, they dont return the phone calls, this is absolutley amazing. I hope some people that work for them jump infront of a speeding train
