Eyeglass Lens Direct reviews and complaints

Do not use them. They are a pass through service. Recently ordered sunglasses from them. The prescription was wrong. They refused to even look at them again nor refund. Since they are not the makers of the glasses they can't do much but take your money. Stay away. Complete shade. Stuck with lens that I can't use. Walk into your local Lenscrafters or store front. They will make sure you can see when you leave. Trying to save the extra few dollars using companies like this will leave you without your money and product that could not work due to them not actually doing the service for you. Customer service is rude and only cares about their bottom line.
