They have have several Company names: Everwhite [protected]; Dazlingbright

Everwhite Scam, beware

I fell for the post that stated a Canby, Or women was able to receive teeth whitening products on a free trial basis and only had to pay approx. $6 for S/H - I ordered the free trial for only one of the products since the additional product stated that it would charge you after 10 days $87.47 - I ordered the free trial for a teeth whitening wand that did not state any additional charges or subscriptions. I left for vacation and when I returned home a week later I had received a package of a product from "Vivid White Smile" which is not the product even on their website and they charged my card $87.47 as well as signing me up for a subscription so they could continue to charge me that amount monthly. The other whitening wand I actually did request a free trial for never arrived. I called the company and reached Panama although the company you send the product to is in Hollywood, FL and spoke with a supervisor, Sophia Gomez, who then passed me off to a Manager, Stanley Parker, who then put me on hold for over 35 minutes in dead silence until I hung up and called back to receive the recording that they were closed and I would have to call back during regular business hours. Problem still not resolved, they insist I ordered the product and are refusing to refund my money. $90 bucks is worth fighting for especially when it is for something I never ordered... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! even if you catch the small print as I did, they will still send you product and charge you for it - Guess theft is allowed in Panama via Hollywood, FL...

I received the free trial and was not happy how strong the bleach agent was so I tried to return the product by calling their customer service number. The first agent called herself Bella and refused to give me the required RMA number so I can return the used and unused product and be in compliance with the terms and conditions. Bella said I did not need a RMA # since I opened the package and that she would just cancel it from her end and I will get an email within 24 to 48 hours. I was getting very upset and asked for her supervisor which she declined. So my next step was to call back and try for another representative, which I did and his name was Zack. Zack also was reluctant to give me the required RMA # and I would not get off the phone until he finally gave in and gave it to me. Then I asked for the return address and again he was hesitant. I asked Zack if he could give me the company website address so I can read him the terms and conditions and he said he is not at liberty to give me the website address. That comment really made me question the integrity of this company. I have a so-called RMA# and address, but the company tries very hard to trick you into becoming non-complient with the terms and conditions of the free trial period. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their number is [protected]. They change their name from advertisement to adversitement so use the number as reference to see if it is the same company which is called EverWhite. This is a quote from their website terms and conditions, "If you are unsatisfied with our Product for any reason, simply cancel your order by contacting the customer service phone number Live customer service agents are available 9am to 7pm EST on Monday to Friday before your 10 Day Trial Period expires. Upon contacting Company and cancelling your order, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. After canceling your order, you will have 10 days to return the unused portion of the Product, or if it is empty, just return the empty bottle to our Company. You must write the RMA number on the return packaging in order to avoid being billed for the Product." Do not trust this company!

I signed up for a free trial. Initially was just charged $4.33 plus $5.54 on the same day. But once they had my bank numbers they start charging my card $98.95 and $106.64. I have not approved these transactions, not did I ever actually receive anything from them! I will not fall for this type of scam again! Please stop charging my credit card!

I never recieved this product, and then discovered a charge of 87.47 on my bank account. I called them. They insisted I recieved the product and gave a usps tracking number. They said the 10 day trial begins at the date of order, so it's really a 5-7 day trial (if you ever receive the product). They refused to reverse the 87.47 and 3.87 charges. I have a usps investigation going on now to find out what happened to the original trial package, but I'm going to pursue an FBI fraud complaint. I urge all of us to do the same. Be sure to refer to this forum with the FBI, so they know the scale at which this company is defrauding consumers.

The product came with no use instructions, no receipt and no shipping/packing list (shady allert).

I spent 40 minutes on the phone with these people (888.869.2674) trying to cancel my order and get them to send me some kind of receipt for the charges to my card and a confirmation that my order was canceled. I was hung up on twice and had to go through the rigomarole with 3 people since they apparently can't transfer your call to the customer service rep that hung up on you.

The first two reps sent me an email to jump through hoops to cancel my order - I followed the steps and was not met with a cancellation confirmation rather a pop up with computer viruses on it.

I called back the third time and finally got someone that was not rude to me, who canceled it over the phone, was able to provide a cancellation confirmation number for me. Perhaps it was because I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor.

Warning. This is a scam. When you see an item on your bank statement for around £60, ring your bank immediately and explain that you cancelled the so called free promotion before the transaction date of the item and they will then issue a refund. You will then have to cancel your bank card as this will then stop future bogus transactions from being taken from your bank account. You do not need to prove to the bank that you cancelled this item. They take your word for it. It might be a white lie but you will receive your money back.

COmpletely agree with the other complaint. Mine was the exact same issue.

Trashy product and customer service horrendous. I called within 10 days to cancel the order but was still charged 87.47. They refused to pull any information to say no history of my call was there. I even told them i can prove it with my blackberry history to say i have called and have no idea why their systems did not show it. Told me i could return the product if it was not used - ridiculous when i was telling them that the product was trashy and then they hung up on me when i asked for the CEO details

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - it it a total scam/ trashy product/ company just out to make money - very poor integrity.

Everwhit / Vivid White: Be very aware of this Producs scam. There are no special terms that come with the product, when you try to send it back for the full refund you are told there is a 45% restocking fee (criminal). I have not used, nor plan on using this product so I have no testimony on how it works, just their deceiving delivery. Everything that I have just read above is fact. I also have canceled my Debt card to avoid future charges from this very misleading company that is stealing people’s money. Save you money and time unless you enjoy a run around.

Add my name to the list! I thought I was getting a free trial and waited the ten (10) days for the product. The terms and conditions said you could canel within 10 days and even get a full refund if you returned the product "with an RMA number".
Nice trick when they don't send any product. So what happened? I had placed an order for the free trail on May 8, had the first bill of 87.47 USD posted to my VISA on May 16. Not the 10 days as stated in T&C. First breach of contract. No product was ever received. Second breach of contract. On May 8, Everbrite sends out a misleading "confirmation" e-mail requesting you to visit their website. Fist evidence of fraud. By returning to the website, you automatically agree to any changes in the terms and conditions.
MMA2010 states "I was aware that you had to call and cancel within 10 days of receiving the other product ...". Second evidence of fraud. The T&C (Terms and Conditions) actually say in their "Membership Program ... to terminate your enrollment within (10) days of the date you enroll in the program..." And when is the date of enrollment? "Your enrollment is the date that you submit your order for the trial period". Not after you get the product ... because they don't send any!
When I called their "Customer Service", they said they had a tracking number. It does give the address of the phantom delivery, just the town/city. What a surprise! The same info on the credit card except they can't list the specific address as the billing address and your residence is not always the same. So they don't send the product, they don't send any follow-up product (and there will be no tracking numbers for the monthly shipments) but they feel they have your credit card information with no intent to meet their claim of "Satisfaction Guarantee". Meanwhile, when it is really necessary, they can not document delivery to your residence.
Another victim said we have the right to place a "chargeback" for these unauthorized charges. (They ARE unauthorized when Everbrite/Vivid White Smile/etc. do not provide a product). Go for it. Work with your Credit Card company, the BBB, your State Attorney General, and the Federal departments of Interstate Commerce Commission, the Internet Fraud Division and other consumer protection agencies.

Adam, what is your status on your refund? I've just started my battle, and would like to see if you've gotten yours resolved.

Like Adam above, I read the fine print on the two products' websites that were advertised together before ordering. And therefore, also only ordered one of the two products, the wand from the ever white kit website. However, what I received was the vivid white smile (definitely not the pen wand as pictured on their website). And 87.47 dollars later, I am still confused as I was conscientious when ordering and made sure to read the terms and conditions. When I called the company, they could not give me the ever white website address even though the representative knew it(how crooked and weird that they cannot give out a website where they sell/promote products) nor could they email me the terms and conditions to ever white products. I was aware that you had to call and cancel within 10 days of receiving the other product (which i did not order; cannot remember its name) but as for the "everwhite kit, " none of that was mentioned on their website. I did however find that this same company is advertising it currently as "dazzling brite kit/my true white kit". Beware of this!

The same things happened to me with Everwhite and the so-called free trial...just pay $3.87 shipping...forgot to mention the foriegn transaction fee they hit you with along with the overpriced $87+ product, (they did not send the kit even though they billed me for it). I am now fighting to cancel (again), seems they have no record of my canceling previously even though I still have the order change/cancelation e-mail and a copy of the completed and submited cancelation form. Bad enough they rob us blind online, but the company also sends all the jobs out of the U.S. to another "will work for pennies on the $" country with people you can't understand. Guess I am going to close and get a new account # and let my credit go to Hell in a handbag. This hits me hard because I am out of work and had I known the way they do buisness...

Everwhite Scam

I got the free trial and then tried to cancel in the 10 day period. The phone number on their website wasn't even active. I had to go to my bank statement and get the number, then when i finally talked to 3 people i was suppose to get the email which i never got! Then i get charged and i talk to a supervisor and he says the web site number is correct now i can't even find it! I also did the alpine white and they had not problem returning my money but everwhite is a horrible scam!

Ever White has withdrawn .03 on my card 2x for currency exchange. This is more than the actual cost of $3.87. I will put a stop on this. Check your account summary on purchase made either c/c or debit. I have not tried received the product yet. Beware of purchasing anything on line.

three cents a day will cost you your entire account if you are not monitoring. I saw a reveiw online and wanted to try it out. It's taking me to the cleaners before I even get to the product. Buyer beware change adds up to your loss.

How does this company get away with this crap? I ordered their free trial kit for $3.87. I got that and then three days later my bank account was charged $87.47.

I finally got through to them after being on hold for 50 minutes! They said they would credit my bank account $20. I said for what since the only thing I received was the free trial kit.

They said since I was cancelling they wouldn't send me anything but the $20 credit. I am going to report them to consumer protection. Beware.

They are ripoff pro's.

Do not order Everwhite - this is a hot scam with hidden fees for international service fees! That's right - and when you call customer service you get Indian women who can't really do anything but read from a script and apologize for everything.

I ordered a 'free sample' online. I didn't receive a free sample, I received a great big fee of $87.47 plus international service fees on top of that fee. When I called to have the order cancelled I was assured the order would cancel and I would get my money back.

Now I am being told by the company that I was beyond the 10 day cancellation fee (their records were modified by at least 10 days from the date of purchase) and I was not eligible to receive a refund.

I even talked to a supervisor who couldn't and wouldn't do anything to get my money back and hung up on me when I told her this was creditcard fraud and theft of services by the company.

Do yourself a favor, even if you have teeth as yellow as a sunflower - do not buy this product - or beware of false claims!

Everwhite took $887.47 out of my bank account supposedly for me to join (something?) I asked for my money back. The lady said I had to go to e-mail & put in her name & my name & call back in 2 hours? I advised I will not be here in 2 hours. I am going to try to do the e-mail thing but I want my money back. I will not pay for something I did not order! Can someone help me get my money back? Thanks.

I thought I was signing up for the Everwhite free trial kit and fully expected the shipping charge of $3.87 on May 13th. The website stated that my account would automatically be charged for a monthly fee if I did not contact them within 14 days; however my bank account was charged $87.47 within 12 days.

I cancelled my bank card and called Everwhite directly and they would not give me a refund because I was not within the 10 day free trial period. They would not have given me a refund regardless because they are scam artists.

The offered me a $20 credit which I declined; they also informed me that I can return the product and with additional phone calls they would credit my account 55% of the initial cost of $87.47, not interested. To date, I have yet to receive my free trial. Do not make the same foolish mistake as I did.

The worst part of Everwhite & WhiteBrite is that a lady from Concord, N.C., 'discovered' that a combination of these 2 products worked for her & made her teeth whiter! At least that's what is advertised on the side of the page which is what leads you to the scam!

Everwhite Scammed

I ordered the free trial - received a box with no directions, no invoice - nothing to even indicate what to DO with it and then received the the $87.47 charge and $2.62 international fee to boot on top of the $3.87 charge fo rthe trial package! I felt ripped off for the $3.87 - not even knowing they would charge me something I didn't get! I highly recommend staying away form this company and logging complaints with the credit card company and /or bank. This is fraud. THe box that the free sample came n doesn't even have a company address or contact info - just a website that has nothign to do with the company!

Everwhite Lying scam

I too ordered their product on a 10 day trial. Took 8 days to arrive. Called to cancel on on 10th day, May 6th. Spoke to Samantha who told me to look for email and gave instructions on how to cancel once the email arrived. Did not receive email.

After 3 days, called back and told them I didn't receive email. Was told "no problem, we'll cancel it now." After checking my credit card statement, I saw I was charged $87.47.

Called again and was told "we have no record of you calling us on May 6." They said they record each call so asked them to check the last time I called since I told them I didn't receive email and had information that only they could have told me to enter once the email arrived.

I was on the phone for almost 2 hours and the bottom line was "you didn't cancel in time." In other words they deny that you call to cancel. They tell you to wait for email which is never sent and by that time you call to ask about the email, the 10 days has passed.

It is unbelievable that there are such low-life people in this world to steal from innocent people. I called my credit card company and they will be investigating the charge. Just hope I can get it reversed. Bottom line---save yourself the aggravation and $87, 47. These people are just plain lying thieves!

Everwhite Difficult to cancel

DO NOT, DO NOT buy this kit! It was difficult cancelling this order.

After ordering this kit, I realized that it wasn't worth the monthly fee.

I ordered the kit on Sat. and cancelled on Monday. I waited to speak to a representative for over 20 minutes. After speaking with the representative, she tried her best to convince me to continue and keep the kit. The representative stated that she would send me $20.00 to continue.

It took me 15 min. to convince her that I wasn't interested and that I would be moving soon. Just be persistent!

Hi, I ordered an Everwhite SAMPLE for $3.87 and never received the sample.

Then in May I received an ENTIRE KIT of something called Vivid White and

and they billed my CC $87.97 TWICE! Never got the sample! I just received

another ENTIRE KIT of the Vivid White in the mail today! I called my

credit card company and they gave me the toll free number and I cancelled

any additional orders AND charges! The rep said there's no way to get my

money back. I am livid! I learned a hard lesson today, so please please

watch the fine print! These people have no morals!

I'm an honest person and expect the same in return, stupid ME! I will not rest until I get my hard earned money back. I work too hard for it. How can you charge for something you don't provide? Where is the better business bureau with people like this? How can these people be in business? As long as we allow them to do this it's our fault . I'm fighting!

Everwhite teeth whitening free trial is another scam devised by ### to rip off hard working consumers. My card was charged the $3.95 for the supposidly shipping and handling and I never recieved the kit. Then as i was going thru my charges I see the thieves charged me an additional $87.47. When I finally got thru to them the hardly-english speaking arrogant piece of s--t as much as told me to go screw myself. What I dont understand is why after all the complaints about Everwhite, are they allowed to keep ripping people off without someone putting a stop to it. I just found it on my bank statement and am totally baffled as to how any company can get away with this. How can they do this? I will be going to my bank tomorrow. These people should be put out of business. The small print must be in invisible ink.I paid for the free sample, then a week later they billed me for a kit I didn't order. When I called them they claimed that this was explained when I ordered the sample. They then told me I have to call them to verify a credit is due me after I return the "free sample"

They charged me 87.47 for my "free sample". I realize that I must have missed something in their advertising, but as I said it must have been miniscule or written in invisible ink. Don't fall for their false advertisement.

Everwhite, placed a advertisement for teeth whitener on another web page I was viewing, back in April 2017, which by the way didn't do what it promised. I purchased the sample they advertised, the advert gave the very clever impression of that being the only thing you were purchasing, I then discover that some diet company take £58 from my account, who they are nobody seems to know, neither does anyone know how they got my account details, by the way I weigh approx 7 stones! they are now taking money monthly from my account, I have no idea why or how they are doing this. I can't find anyway to communicate with them to ask them why or to stop them. I do not receive anything for the money they are taking. They are literally stealing money from my account, the last one being 2nd June 2017 the amount £62, 07 $87.47. my bank has sent cancellation notices to them but they are still managing to deduct my account. Why and how are they allowed to do this? They are scam artists and should be brought to account for what they are doing. I want my hard earned cash back.
