shipping delays
This company is so bad it's almost funny except it cost me lots of time and money. Ordered a new heat pump from budget air supply in florida a 12 hr
drive from my house in tx it shipped out the next day expected it to arrive
in 3 days well three days later i get a call wanting me to set up appointment it was set for seven days later so we up to 10 days now
stayed home to meet the truck it never arrived called estes mile they had no idea where it was located or when it would arrive two days later i get a call from estes mile they have it in longview tx 60 miles away had to drive
over there and back to pick it up myself because it was gonna be another
three days for a lift gait truck that id paid for to deliver to my house

I am not sure why there needs to be another terrible review for this company, but it gets it off my chest. Where do I start, I guess the beginning. On friday june 1st 2018 at 3:22 pm, I placed an order with home depot for 28 cases (560 sf) of hardwood flooring. I realize that the order was placed too late in the day for any action on that day, not a problem...
