Please be careful about ELITE LANDBASE A - 105 1st Floor, Wing A, ICC Trade Tower, Senapati Bapat Rd, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411045 (https://www.elitelandbase.com) These is biggest Real estate consultants scammer company in pune they have all over India 3 office DELHI/MUMBAI/PUNE .
They offered you real estate solutions for residential flats all over in pune basically they are not into real estate development they are just broker they are calming they have type with many big construction house in pune but they don't have anything .
They just misleading for the clients and charging consultancy fess without any services I paid him INR 1, 00, 000 after the 2 month also I am not getting right property when I verified they cheat me and they don't have legal agreement or type with any group.
Whatever they have staff mostly in female they hire for attract the client and cheat so many staff just called to me show me the property and claiming these property in belong to ELITELANDBASE for the finalizations they charging INR 1, 00, 000 after pay no service basically they just cheating .
So everyone please beware about these company and staff don't deal with them they just cheat they give you all fake commitment and fake promise .

These company and pune office they have intentions to cheat only they are big scammers
