Re:Sharon..Hey sharon this is Taiwana Patterson @2900 Landrum Drive unit 141. Today I came into the office to finish paying my rent, it was rejected. There was a incident last week with my neighbors son(143) and a young man(non-tenant) .They where in the unit that had be previously damaged do to vandalism playing around. As i pulled into the complex and parked the security supervisor was pulling in behind me. My son, both officers walked toward the back of the unit. Neither men said anything. To me about any activity my son had been involved in.They went to unit 143 no one answered the door, then they knocked on my door, and said my son was with the kids in a abandoned unit. My son denied, the officer said he was unsure if he was or not, but he was sure that unit143 was along withe the non tenant. People in the community have been complaining about the same young man that is allowed daily to continue to come on the property, the officer found the kid from unit 143 he admitted to being in the unit along with the non tenant, the the officer on duty ask was my son in the unit his reply was no. He was walking past as the incident occurred. The office was goin to call 911 but later decided not he would just talk to thomas he stated. I went into the rental office th thenext morning and spoke with Renee she made notations that I did come in an made a complaint. Then today my rent was rejected. This company would not allow us to attend classes with out a 10, 000 committment to build one of their products. My husband chose to do so, this past year when we tried to build one of their homes after they took the initial down payment, their 'supplier' filed bankruptcy. Our house was sold and we did not have the time to ride out thier deception...they took the $$$$$$ 10 days before filing...so we built our home without the product we purchase in good faith. They have neglected to return our calls and have not made an attempt to reimburse us the down payments. They insist that it was their 'supplier' and not them, but their 'suppliers' and they were one in the same when they insisted on the $$ for training. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
