ERIC MARSH POLYUREA SPRAY
Eric Marsh who is under Mermaid Water Scapes & also Durable Coating Systems operates out of Lockhart Texas & sais Austin also. They ruined very expensive fencing on my ranch by not removing the rust & painting over the rust with a poor quality coating he called
spray-on polyurea pond liners. The job was unprofessional & terrible. I have since located www.DurableCoatingSystems.info & know the truth about Eric Marsh. When I refused to pay he threatened to write bad disgusting lies about me & my business on the net. He said he will make a website with bad lies about me. I'm not sure what I can do about that but I can advise people that he is a bad person who blames wants to others for his own rotten business habits.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Bad Coating Applicator
I hired Durable Coating Systems to coat my fountain in front of my house. I talked with six people who have worked with him before and talked very positive about him. One of his references did add that he got a deck done and said it was starting to peel up now a year later. The most positive reference was a relative of his I found out later. All was well until he finished the job. He coated the fountain and I thought he missed some parts on the top that had fine detail in it. He said that he would need to get a special coating for that and after coming back two days later coated it with the same coating as the entire fountain. All in all I feel ripped off because it is inconsistent and now I have a 800 pound fountain sitting in my front yard with coating almost smeared on it inconsistently.
Horrible experience
Eric Marsh of Mermaid Waterscapes was going to coat a waterfall and he gave me two people that loved him and the other reference I couldn't reach.
