Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems was going to coat a cascade for me with material similar to truck bed liner and told me he needed a deposit up front. His references said he was the best so I went ahead and did it. I paid him and he told me he would be back in a week to do the job. He did not contact me or pick up his phone for 2 weeks and then came over without announcing and I let him start working. He did a horrible job and the coating chipped and cracked and I asked for a refund. He then got very angry and yelled at me and I haven't heard from him since.

The truth really comes out at http://www.durablecoatingsystems.info about Eric Marsh and his poor work ethic and performance.

Eric is quite relentless. Do some research on Eric Marsh and Durable Coating Systems and you can be the judge. It will show up in Google right under his company.

Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems is a coating applicator operating out of Lockhart Texas and ripped me off after I hired him for my garage floor to be coated. He told me that he would be there on Monday and called Wednesday afternoon telling me of a story of how he got 'caught up with family issues' etc. I took his word for it as he said he was sorry and would be there on Friday.

He calls me Saturday and asks if he can come by. I agree because I just want to get my garage coated and figured he might be going through some hard times. He gave me an estimate that was about right, and asked for a half deposit on the job. I reluctantly paid him but he promised he would be back Monday to do the job. It looked OK when he finished and I paid him the rest. He ended up applying a horrible material that smelled awful and chipped and cracked within a week.

It was very poor in consistency and after working with a more established company to do my garage floor they told me that he had pulled this number many times with people in the area. I felt violated and wanted to get my money back but Eric Marsh did not answer the phone when I tried to contact him. I had to get my neighbor to help me sandblast the material off because nothing else would remove it. So as one consumer to another do not deal with Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems.

Here's some more information about Julius Lupowitz. He was just arrested on a felony charge for calling in a murder hoax in an effort to avoid a traffic ticket.

The LIE is abcflorida was hired to hide the fact that Jeff Powell is really Julius Lupowitz and everything in the above post is really true. Lupowitz is trying to make everyone think he was a victim in New York, and that he has changed since going to Florida, but he is doing the same stuff down there that he did up there. He is running the same scams with a new produce. They operate out of a small space in Melbourne Florida and they don't manufacture anything there, except all the LIES they put on the Internet and he tells to potential dealers on the phone. He had two people hired to spin tales all over blog sites to cover up what they are really doing. It is really too bad that they are in this scam business, because the product is good quality, but not good enough to sell by legitimate means apparently. There is no such person at Spray-Lining as Jeff Powell, there are a lot of "real" Jeff Powell's on the Internet, but none of them work at Spray-Lining, since Spray-Lining is really Green Tech Solutions Team, Inc. and they operate out of a small industrial office space. I don't know what all that unemployment nonsense abcflorida is talking about, as far as I know, there is no one getting any unemployment from Spray-Lining or Green Tech Solutions Team, or any of their many company names. If you want to check out the FACTS in this comment, go to 4155 Dow Road, Unit J, Melbourne, FL. abcflorida needs to get his facts straight, because he is paid to lie all over the internet by Julius Lupowitz.

This is untrue. Disgruntled employees and customers that are not satisfied for whatever reason can come to this place and post bs about the company they are mad at with no real proof required. THis is a medium sized chemical manufacturing company that is competing against some of the bigger in the industry. The company spray-lining has hired people and has been dedicated to their well being. But, business is business and sometimes people don't pan out. We think this is one of those case where someone lost their job, or quit and is now being vindictive. Spray-Lining is not even fighting unemployment so that any employees can keep some income while they find their next source of income. Yet, still people like this rant and rave like some wrong has been done. THis is a LIE and is not true at all. It is very important that consumers do their homework and find out the truth. SPray-lining competes against rhino, scorpion, Line-x and others with a quality product that is affordable and doesn't require expensive equipment. Period! These whack jobs that push buttons and make extreme statements like the one above need to be ignored. It's just not true at all.

The reason that the phoney complaint was posted against Eric Marsh by a non existent person is that the person who posted it is really names Julius Lupowitz AKA: Jeff Powell of a Company called Spray-Lining. He has been scamming other companies all over the US and Canada for about 15 years or so. The latest company name he is using is Spray-Lining, but he uses that name because it is not really a legal company, it is only a website name and he gets magazines to run ads for Spray-Lining then doesn't pay them, and when they try to collect they find out that there is no corporation named Spray-Lining or anyone named Jeff Powell. He has run ads in ABRN, ABN, and several others. They won't be able to collect because even if they knew his real company name Green Tech Solutions Team, Inc. he would just close the corporation and start up a new one. That is how he operates his business. He has this scam whereby he gets a new "dealer" to pay him a huge fee to be a Spray-Lining dealer (and a lot of the dealers on that list on Texliner.info are actually real Spray-Lining dealers, they just don't know they have been scammed) then they are contacted by a guy who has this huge job coating 4' X 4' metal floor tiles that need "insulation" coating. He tells them that they have thousands of them but are unhappy with their current vendor, and are looking for someone new, and the can only be coated with a product called SL-41 or another made up stock number. And they want to start with 200 or 300 at first and if they are happy they will send them all the business. Then the dealer contacts Julius Lupowitz thinking his name is Jeff Powell to say he needs this product for a huge job, whereby Julius tells them his company has to manufacture the material and they wont make that large of a quantity without the money first. Dealer wires around $10, 000 to $ 30, 000 dollars, JL ships out a few hundred gallons of something worth about $8 per gallon and powders worth a few hundred dollars, flies out to the job site to make it look all legitimate then... OH MY the customer says they decided to use someone else. And guess what the pre-payment is non refundable.. Lupowitz makes most of the money in profit and the dealer thinks it was just a misfortune. Lupowitz will sometimes let them ship back the materials they have no use for, but he doesn't give them back their $30, 000 or whatever he got from them. He keeps sweet talking them so he can make them think he had nothing to do with their misfortune. If you are contacted by anyone named Bill Dalburo run.

Yes, I am relentless when someone rips me off. I tried suing the guy (Lupowitz) but he just dodged the process servers.

Now in the last few days I discovered that he has not only created a half dozen new coatings "companies" (see http://www.texliner.info to see them) but he's suddenly in the swimming pool business with a bunch of different swimming pool "companies."

I will say though that Lupowitz has become pretty good as a web designer. He'd probably do well if he went straight. Hopefully that will happen after he's done some hard time.

Here's the URLs of some of those swimming pool companies. So why would a legitimate business man do business under so many different names?

Julius Lupowitz has been posting fraudulent reports about my company under a variety of names. The real question is, "Who is Julius Lupowitz?" The answer is easy to find - just do a Google search for "Julius Lupowitz" and see what comes up.

I am posting my responses with different identities because I did some research and talked to Julius Lupowitz, whom you owe money to, then claimed lied to you and others. Julius Lupowitz alerted me of your devious nature and how you created several unverifiable complaints on the Better Business Bureau about dealer’s errors being his personal fault, repeatedly have tried to hurt him even though he did supply you with product and went out of his way to get you the right support with training. You Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems even went as far as to make a negative website attempting ruin his business altogether. I now verified enough facts & spoke with others who know what a rotten person you are. Anyone who would be so relentless is not suitable for me to do business with. I am glad I did all of this research after finding www.durablecoatingsystems.com then www.durablecoatingsystems.info because I was planning on getting a pond job from you for my niece and nephew's ranch. " Mr. Lupowitz had a Multiflex applicator who I trust with a verifiable reputation perform excellent work. Why are you also under Mermaid Waterscapes & Dragoncoat? There are several product suppliers that you really also ripped off then complained about.

My name is Eric Marsh and I own Durable Coating Systems. I did not do the job that was described here and I have never had a customer named Blaire Stevenson.

So why was the complaint posted?

Last October I was the victim of a scam artist. He took me for about $11, 000. I'm not the kind of guy who takes that sort of thing laying down and besides I don't want to see this happen to anyone else so I created a web site that describes my experience. It is at http://www.texliner.info.

Within the last few days reviews like this one have popped up all over the web for jobs that I have not done and for people who I've never heard of. The only explanation I can come up with is that this is retaliation for my web site. Check it out. I guess that the only good thing is that it's giving me more opportunities to get the word out about the guy who ripped me off.
