Dialport Solutions putting a virus into my computer

I had a pop up screen on my mac which had frozen. I stupidly believed it and panicked. They charged me £199 for nothing but I managed to claim this back from my card provider. They took over my computer and did nothing for ages. In the end my son and I sorted out the computer - they damaged - with the help of Apple support for no charge. These people are disgusting and two years later they still phone me. I do not engage in conversations with them. Please if you get this message ignore it. Call Apple and they will tell you what to do. They are disgusting and when I do get involved in a slight conversation they tell me they fixed my computer - in no uncertain terms did they fix it. Disgusting people.

Dialport Solutions don't deal with them, you won't get any support

I used the services of the company Dialport Solutions. I have no idea what really happened, but Internet didn’t work within couple of days. I called to the customer services and asked for help. After that the rep told me that the repair would cost me $400. I was a little bit shocked, but I agreed. After 10 days I only continued to receive some fake promises and blah-blah, but they did completely nothing. The company is really unprofessional and provides bad services. Share this info and inform other customers.

They took my computer and its contents hostage and charged me $499.00 to return control of it to me.
