Hoist charged to me for 69.95$
For two months I have been asking them to send me shipping of the tool I bought and they never answer. They never sent me confirmation of my order or a number for the same order. I paid $ 69, 95 dollars that were discounted from my debit card.

how about we refund you 60%?
It also costs us the shipping fee and product cost

and my reply is: Do you think I am so stupid. I paid you 100%. your shipping errors are not my fault. No I want a full refund. I have waited all summer for this item and your shipping errors have denied me the pleasure I desired. How can you say it cost you shipping fees when you never shipped it to me. Perhaps I need to contact United States consumer affairs. Just send the refund to me and stop living God knows

Pool stairs
I ordered the stairs the beginning of august. They never arrived. Asked for a refund-they said in 30 days ill have a full refund. Its been 60 days. Im now having to have my bank dispute the charge. This has been long and drawn out. They no longer respond to my emails. I knew it was too good to be true. I made the mistake of not reading their reviews before ordering the ladder.

From swimming pool to oven mitt to lost
On june 14th I ordered an above ground pool, I paid &60.00 and got a receipt, then they sent me a shipping number. Got real excited when on july 16th said to be delivered, imagine my surprise when I received an oven mit. I informed them and they said they were sorry and did I receive the wrong product?
Oven mit or swimming pool, yes definitely the wrong product, they said they would resend. So new tracking number, followed it from china to san antonio, it took from 7/23 to 8/4 to arrive and then it came to san antonio, "8/8 and then it got lost now no-one knows where it is. Now it says the delivery status of your item has not been updated (your package may have been lost during the transportation period. Pls contact sender)"
I will never deal with these people ever again and neither should everybody else.
Desired outcome: Full refund, I cant be bothered any more.
Ordered a pool never received
I placed an order on June 12 of an 18' x 48" pool with ladder, and cover. The website said it would mail out within 3 days. It has now been 3 weeks now & I still have not seen my pool. It never arrived. It said it was coming from China, but I have received other items much quicker. I feel I have no recourse. When I tried to call it was in Chinese. I am on pacific time.
