Over time, we have seen a slip in performance, professionalism, and communication with the organization, in particular with someone by the name of Edinson. We recently discovered that Edinson does not reside in the U.S. either, which makes communications even more difficult, given he is located in Columbia and the time difference makes things difficult to get a hold of him. There are some other vendors that you can research who are also more affordable and more responsive than CHI.
