Crystal Cruise Lines review: Commission due

Crystal Cruises owes us commissions for 2 cancelled cruises. I have been promised that they are being processed for months now. We are a small travel agency and we really need this commission due to lack of business. Booking numbers are 2191454 and 2191449.
I have resorted to this forum because I have exhausted all other options. I can only get email contacts and replies are the same.
"I can confirm that the commission was recorded. It is now up to the treasury team to release the payments based on their available timing. Unfortunately, I cannot give further guidance on this at the current time."
