Courts Mammoth Malaysia reviews and complaints

I am an intern in some company. I receive a call through the phone. The caller claims to be from Courts Mammoth and asking for staff confirmation.

A week working there, which is new to me to be caught up with the new work I am doing, more or less the knowledge of number of staffs there. I ask the manager for the staff mentioned, not more than one minute, the caller pressured me to pass the call to the staff.

The staff never come to the office, and not even an office worker. I never know his schedule at all.

Lastly, the caller wants the staff's phone number, which is something that no company could comply to the request. I find this caller is a mess.

I ask the caller to come to our company themselves, as this is a personal matter. I guess they are too lazy to move their butts off the chair to come and see for themselves who the staff they want to meet and settle the loan with.

i would like to share a very disappointment experience with courts mammoth m'sia.
I bought some electrical devices and sign-on for a 2 years installment plan, this would be my last installment year as of 2017.
I defaulted 4months payment due some financial difficulties and their collection dept keep texting me with a invalid number which no one pickup the call.
And in the end Courts bring this matter to a very rude lawyer [protected] Sulaiman lawyer firm) to threaten me that if i do not pay up the full amount,
me and brother (which i put as a reference only) will be blacklisted and face necessary finance disruption.

I understand you can proceed with neccessdary action with me, but there is nothing to do with my family members as their just a reference and not guarantor.
End-up myself need to get loan from unlicensed money lender to settle the debt in order to save my brother with 4 daughter to feed from getting blacklisted by bank negara/CCRIS.

I will never forget what Courts did to me and especially to my family members which Courts involved them in.

recently, i go to courts mammoth matang branch which is in Kuching Sarawak.. and been promoted about cashback..which is when i buy up to certain amount..i can be received cashback up to RM10k..i managed to certain amount which let me received RM 3200..and been told will be received in 2-3 days working day..however..until now i dont received any notification about it..yet courts also havent gave my free accessories which came with the product i buy because they say out of stock..then today i call the courts..and asked them about cashback..the staff which b***** sound said that the cashback will take time 60-90 days..wtf..totally been cheated! because they should told me earlier about that..now i have to call the service centre..to confirm it..scam!

beberapa tahun lalu, bercadang nk beli almari baju di premis courts di ipoh. setelah memilih dan bersetuju dgn pembelian, pulang ke rumah dan menanti penghantaran seperti yg di janjikan. dari sehari ke sehari hingga berminggu-minggu tiada sebarang penghantaran diterima. setiap kali panggilan ke premis dibuat jawapan yg diberi, 'tunggu masih diproses' sehingga akhirnya jemu menunggu dan tak ambil peduli lagi. selepas beberapa bulan, telah terima 1 surat peringatan utk kelewatan pembayaran dari premis utk barang yg langsung tidak diterima! pengaduan dibuat di premis yg sama dan menurut pkerja yg berkenaan, pembetulan akan dibuat. namun, berapa bulan berikutnya, masih terima surat yg sama. malah nama sy turut di senarai hitam kan walaupun kesalahan bukan dipihak sy. mmg sy x pernah lg dan x akan lg berkunjung dan membeli apa2 dari company ini! lebih baik beli perabut di westcourt yg lebih murah, servis yg baik dan pekerja yg ramah!
