Converse Overly priced

I went to Kohls to get Black converse, which were 65$, and i was gonna use a 30% off coupon...but they said converse doesn't honor coupons...and im really mad because i couldn't afford them without the coupon. This is really disappointing, why these shoes are so much...i don't know. I mean even 40$ bucks would be more reasonable! Some people cant afford shoes like these because of the price...

Desired outcome: To lower shoe prices and allow coupons.

Converse I bought a pair of shoes and I expended 40 minutes trying to cancel the order with no success

I bought a pair of shoes an hour ago and then I change my mind and try to canceled like 30 minutes after the purchase and it was awful

Of course there is no button that you can just press and cancel so I try the chat of costumer service, I give all the information needed and then the person just keep saying that she was “looking into it” and then the chat said it exceed the time so I have to start a new one

Then I try to call and the person in the line told me it would cancel the order and I should get a email about it

I never got the email so I try the chat one more time, wait for like 30 minutes to talk to some one and then the person just told me the order was already processed so I can’t cancel

My account still says that the order is been processed and obviously they haven’t send the shoes when I literally just bought them

They make it hard to cancel and then the answer is just “well you can just return it” the worst costumer service I have experience

Converse Customer service

To your management. I’m so disgusted with converse customer service for the company,

I’ve bought converse for looks and comfort, I liked my custom converse design I previously purchased, but after three phone calls to place the exact custom converse I ordered previously and shipped to residential address, agent kept shoving me to web site, after of wasting my time, I’ll no longer be buying converse with the lack of effort.

I personally have been a customer service representative for seventeen years, and if I was her manager, I would be coaching her asap!

Your company needs to review your customer loyalty to repeat customers!

The all mighty dollar speaks in the end.

Converse Defect

I have purchased converse shoes worth rupee 1698/-, on 18.05.2013. In between 3 months its colour has lost. And most important that they have not given me receipt as i have used my debit card ending with number 2918. And when i have gone to replaced it they are refusing to exchange and not giving proper response. Please do take care of my issue and give me feedback on my no [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

I brought some shoes from this site and never recivied anything, i have a tracking number, but nothing has come, its been three months now.

Converse glasses are sold at the Optometrist offices between $150-$190.
Yet at Costco Converse is sold at $59.95.
What a rip off!
