Contus Support software development

I asked these guys to develop and e-commerce website for me. It was a complete waste of time with them. They do not understand the requirements and give you the run around that all will be fixed when moved to a live server. I even asked an Indian colleague of mine so he can translate to Indian as if they did not understand English.

They did not understand simple requirements. The page layout did not maintain its integrity on different browsers. They claimed project complete when there were many major bugs even in the homepage.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE SIMPLY INCOMPETENT.

Getting a lot of false assurance from sales team. Since conveniently located in India, thinking of not answerable to international law. Oh man ! it was a nightmare. Don't become another victim.

DO NOT BUY THEIR SOFTWARE!
I'VE SPENT $$$$$ AND AFTER 40DAYS I had to do everything from the scratch - from the beginning
60 days free support is a joke and in Europe that kind of "support" would survive any customer
Classical long distance - foreign country fraud

Hey hi,

I am surprised to see this complaint about Contus Support. I have used their services before, and it was fantabulous. They do take personal care of clients.

Not sure what could have happened in your case, but they are good in my experience.

Contus Support Very bad

Thank you for running this site to express my frustration. Used Contus Support for my Ecommerce. They don't understand the seriousness of payment gateway and credit card transactions.Huge loss. Still working with payment gateways to reverse the transactions.

Lost around $2000 bcos of these unethical rascals! Bought a script worth $2000, and after purchasing, it developed some bug, and they say only to check i have to pay another $1300 more.. which any other company would have gladly checked and corrected.

Agree! The service offered is pathetic ( No service at all), and they charge you like anything to give a minor support. Rightly advised stay away from them. Dont even buy any extensions from these nuts! After they receive the money, they wont reply back or even support you. Go for any other company, but definitely not them. Not only customers from other countries, even in India they are fooling people..

Arun, the guy who convinced me by explaining and bad reviews and convinced me opt their service. But I made a big mistake . My project delivery was delayed more than 6 months I paid 550 every month for server and It costs $3300 in vain. I was almost trapped and asked multiple additional costs. They don't understand the business requirement . BIG LOSS. I made a costly mistake.

Arnold999 is an employee of contus. Check his profile he hasn’t made any complaints till date.

Contus is a stinky company to work with. They are money eating worms. Their communications skills are worse than a 3 grade student. You tell them something, they do something and spoil the things working properly as well. Many people buy the script thinking its cheap, but all they get is bugs. If you see some feature working then it is a good news for you.

They gave me the script and for changing the logo in that script they ask me 50$. Besides this I asked them to customize the script they billed me $15000. Customization is 7 times more than the script price. Wow that was fantastic. The demo of the script looks very good in the front-end, but their backend is just like sewage. Their support is even worse than their script. you will lose money, time, peace of mind, if you approach them.
