Color Smart Cleanser Want to cancel but can't

I want to cancel these shipments and try calling the phone number that is listed on their web site, you are either waiting forever for someone to answer the phone and they never do or it tells you to go to the web site of www.colonsmartcleanser.com/cancel.php, please help I am going to change my bank account and never will I ever do this again.

I totaly agree with all the complaints, I feel the same way, tried to call the # given and you're on the phone forever, and my doctor does not want me taking this kind of medication. looks like I am going to have to change my account.

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... I TOOK THE SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLES AND HAD NO REACTION ! if there is anyone out there that can help me get my money back.i would be very happy... oozman.com@live.com TO EVERYONE------ STAY AWAY FROM COLONSMARTCLEASNER ! i forgot to mention the paperwork my bank got off the internet was dated july 10th 2008 REVISED. this was 2 mth. after i sent mine back. when i got my (FREE) sample.i couldnt get on their web site to cancel nor did they have a phone number... COLONSMARTCLEASNER IS A RIPOFF...

I do not even know where this product came from. I did not order it, it just showeed up in my mailbox and it keeps coming and they keep charging my account. You can't get them on the phone or find them via e mail to cancel... WHAT A SCAM!

Received package of two bottles which I have not opened and called the company at [protected]. I told the person I wanted to cancel my account and I wanted to return the product that I had just recieved. She said my account was canceled and then told me to go to: colonSmartcleanser.com/cancelphp. I tried to go to the site but it was a no go. That website does not exist so I went the the ordering website and at the bottom of the page it has a place to cancel and returns. The return is only for the trial bottle and not any further shipments. This is not fair at all seeing as if you return a product that has not even been opened you can't get a refund. The amount I was charged was $88. 97 to my Visa. Please can anyone do anything about this my money is from a fixed income and I need every cent.

One week ago I did order A five us Dollars sample bottle, and On the 4/14 I cancelled any future orders. They still went ahead and charged me $89.97 The first time I called I spoke with someone who said his name was Don. He assure me that my order was cancelled.Now when I call no one will answer the phone or my email for that matter. I would like too advice people to stay away from that site. Some of us really dont have much. I feel very angry and voilated.Thank you for your time.

I tried the sample for 4.99. Then, they started taking out 88.97 out of my account NOT authorized. So, I sent it back and told them NOT to send me anymore. Now, I have another charge for 88.97, which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Can you please help me to get them to stop sending me this product and taking money out that is NOT authorized. I appreciate all the help you can give me.

They do not answer their phone.

I paid the 4.99 for shipping to try their product and if I returned it my account would not be billed. Last week they took out $88.97 without my consent. I've tried to call that company number theat they gave me and I was on hold all 3 times for hours, now I tried to go on line to cancell and I cant even do that. They have scammed me big time ad I want something done about it, how can this company keep doing this to innocent people? Its hard enuf to make it now with the economy like it is and that $89 I could use to pay bills, instead I am trying to get ahold of someone to help me with this.

I ordered Colonsmartcleanser and did not work after a few days so I returned it and was shipped out automatically a new shipment of two bottles and shipping and handling totaling $88.57. I have not recieved the bottles yet but have been charged for it already. I am refusing delivery and want my money refunded to me. I tried to call for two days and if you press for returns or cancellations they refer you to the website. If you try to get someone in sales it keeps you on hold and no one ever answers. Do not order from this company it is such a scam.

I received a 14 day supply of this product and did not wish to receive any further shipments. I went to the online address and attempted to cancel any further shipments but there was no cancel info listed. No way to cancel online as previously stated by this company. There was a phone number listed... I called [protected]... the automated system ran me around in circles.I tried every number listed to get a representative to answer without success. Therefore, I will call my bank to prevent any further debit withdrawals and if that doesn't satisfy the problem I will contact the BBB and my lawyer.

I cannot get in touch with the company to cancel order as they have stated to cancel within fourteen days, I have been trying for the last three days to cancel and I cannot find the website that the automated voice on the phone number i got from my bank statement to cancel this order had given me to call. They put you on hold and there is this disturbing jungle music that just keeps repeating over and over. The phone wait is ridiculous, I put the phone down with speaker on, did my dishes, laundry, wrote out some correspondence, and groomed my dogs. I am still waiting for them to answer. I finally got another automated voice to tell me what buttons to push on the phone to talk to someone.Once I pushed the button we were disconnected. The phone number I called was [protected] and the website I was told to go to so to cancel the order is: www.colonsmartcleanser.com/cancel.php . Neither of these work to get intouch with a representative to cancel this order. I am ready to expose this company to channel five fox news, and to call a lawyer. I will call other news channels also. I am irrate now. How dare they try this scam to the public. I also want to add that I got their advertisment from another website that advertised "get a free laptop" where you fill in your information, and then you are to choose from their list of advertisers a certain amount of the choices to get their offer for a free laptop. I saw this add on the television and thought it was legitimate. I am not sure what this website is that i am writing to. Is this a legitamate site? or was this one set up by the colonsmart cleanser people also? ALERT: At the end of my story is a way to stop being charged for this product, so for those with short attention spans, skip to the last few sentences!

Okay, so I was on MySpace at 5 in the morning. I clicked on one of those stupid banner ads that says "take this survey and win two free iPod nanos!" Not so much a survey, I must say, but rather an opportunity to be taken for the proverbial consumer ride. So I sign up for a bunch of "free" offers and trials and what have you only to find out that at the very end the last round of offers actually costs money, so I stop short. I should have known, very few things in the consumer realm that are worth having are free. So I start to receive free trials of products, one of them being ColonSMART cleanser. I tried it, wasn't too impressed. Least of all $88 for a month (or maybe it is two month) supply impressed. So when I see an e-mail saying that they are shipping me my next shipment of the product I was a little perplexed. The confirmation e-mail for the trial never said I would be automatically billed, nor did anything that came with the trial in the mail say anything to that effect. So I tried to call, got no answer. E-mailed, no answer. I took both of these actions several more times, still no answer. Left voicemails, still no response. I hadn't opened the package when I received it, so I refused the package through the post office. I called my bank, disputed the charge, explained the situation. They gave me provisional credit and sent an affidavit for me to fill out detailing my "dealings" (or in this case, lack thereof) with the company in question. They are actually still currently investigating it. So I am thinking it's all over, right? WRONG! Last week, I have an authorization show up on my internet banking for about, but not quite, the same amount as when they tried to charge me before. Here is the catch, it was under the name of a different company, and when I called my bank, it was coded as a travel agency! I have never used the services of a travel agency, and since the charge was still in the authorization stage and not yet posted to my account, they suggested I cancel that debit card and they would issue me a new one. And I graciously took them up on that offer. So for those of you wondering what your recourse is for this situation, cancel your card! Immediately! It is a pain in the rear and I had to go to the bank to withdraw money for a few days, but these people are scammers and they will directly and willfully refuse to take no for an answer. I am pretty sure there is no customer service department. I think that there is someone to process card information and someone to send out orders to the lucky few of us that actually receive the product they keep charging us for and that is the company structure of ColonSMART cleanser in a nutshell. It is fully a scam, and there is obviously no way to get in touch with them, so sometimes you have to play dirty. I hope this helps some of you.

Color Smart Cleanser Unauthorized debit card charge s & won't except cancellations as instructed. Won't accept contacts.

Trial offer from internet free gift.
Called the 888# and also tried the online cancelation.
DOES NOT work. Pure scam and the charges are ongoing on the account.
DONOT order from this company.
DONOT participate on any free offers...

I called to cancel the shipment and sent it back but the charges of 88.97 showed up on my credit card statement that was 4-8-2008.Now [protected] I see an other charge of 88.97 on my credit card statement again. I called the phone number on my statement [protected] and get the recoring to go on online and cancel acct or I tried to wait on line for customer service but got cut off. Please help me and other customers of this company..

I have sent e-mails again and again and this month My checking account was hit again with charges for two bottles of this product. I called once again and talked to a rep. she said to send product to them and they would credit my account well. I send it certified mail on 8/8/08 and it arrived in calif. on 8/10/08 and have not been delivered yet and today is 8/16/08 I don't know what to do now. HELP
