I sent the certificate and never heard from them again
I communicated with the rep from the company www.carwasp.com. The rep told me to provide the car documents, so I sent everything, but after that this ### simply started to avoid me. I didn’t get any info, he didn’t reply to my emails. Total scam, so be careful and better avoid these jerks. Really bad place and post comments if you had the similar problems with them.
Impossible to return incorrect certificate
I went to the website www.carwasp.com and ordered one certificate. I received it on time, but my name was incorrectly written. After several weeks of attempts to contact the seller, I finally received the response. But it was negative, and the seller refused to change it or to provide money back. But it was clearly written on the website that they accepted returns and money was guaranteed. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
I have been dealing with this company for years I wont go anywhere but here .GREAT prices, noooo one can beat them, , beleive me i checked ..plus they are amazing coustomer service, They take the time it takes t get you what you want so I love love love this place, we use all their products our busisnes as well as at home
