BuzzBGone Zap G1.1 Zappers
I ordered 3 of these Mosquitos zappers on 4/28/2022. I paid $100.93 and I was sent a paper confirming my order, with an order number. I was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery. It is now June 1st and I haven't heard a word from them. I have called their customer service number since the middle of May and the machine tells me they will send me an e mail as soon as someone is available. Seriously! I would now like to have my money returned to me as this is obviously a scam. Can you help?

Desired outcome: Since there obviously is no such thing, or they are out of business, I would like my money refunded.
Mosquito zapper
Through an email ad, I purchased three of these devices as a result of our mosquito problem. Not only did BUZZBGONE not work, but we got more mosquitos. I asked to return and get a refund over two months ago, but the company/ Perihan Emad Hassan keep stroking us along. Hassan keeps emailing that they will give us a 50% discount on any items we purchase. Their other products look as bad as this device. I rejected their "offer" three times. They are stalling us hoping for us to give up. No way! I am now going to file suit and seek punitive damages for their fraud.

I also have the same experience I ordered early June never got a order conformation . Contacted them got a form response saying they have no record of my order. Sent copy of credit card charges got another form saying they are investigating. This cycle went on for a while finally got a email with tracking number . However tracking number says that tracking number generated on July 4th post office is awaiting the package to ships as of august 1st status does not change. My contact say all carriers are different but it’s on its way. I got a package the other day with the repellent stickers which was part of my order but no zappers ( I ordered 3) Got a email the other day listing all I ordered and saying everything was delivered still waiting for zappers
My contact is John Nautan ( support@buzzbgone.com) . Two observation the emails I. Get show a time stamp of GMT +3 meaning it may be coming from the middle east. Also my credit card and their website list

The following complaint is identical to my ordering experience, except they couldn't give me an order number but my credit card was charged in full on 4/25/22. Phil in Vermont.
