Paid for a 17" laptop that I have not received
On December 3, I placed a order for a17" laptop and send the payment for the laptop at that time. The tracking no# AG432970223CN, and the order no# [protected] was given to me at that time .I tried to track the item in question through UPS, and FEDX but neither company has the item and the tracking number is not what they use. It was stated that I should have received the laptop in3-5 business days. I also tried to contact the company by email and got no response, or anything about the laptop or a refund. Now I am trying this way and hopefully get some kind of answer.

Desired outcome: I would like the laptop 17", or a refund of my money $50.00 as soon as possible.
Laptop ordered and they sent me a fountain pen from China
On oct 29, 2022 I ordered a laptop. Three weeks later I get a fountain pen from China. They want me to mail it back to China at my cost and only offer me 40% of my money back.

Desired outcome: I want my money back in full or the laptop I was promise and paid for.
I am having the same problem. I was not sent a pen thank goodness. I was told that my order of 3 computers was delivered to my home. It was not delivered I have a camera and checked with my neighbors which they asked me to do. Then they told me to check my local post office. They said there was no such tracking number and they said to go back to the company. I have been in touch with the company only by email because they will not give me a phone number. They said that they would send me the computers again. I asked for a tracking number they said they had not got one yet but not to worry they were on their way. I waited and again nothing arrived. I was then told that it got lost in transit. Next, they told me the company they were working with did not have any more computers. I have asked them to send me some from another company. I asked if they had anything at their store that they could send me. I continued to tell that I was very patient and that my grandchildren who were very excited about getting computers are very upset. I have told them what the company tells me but it does not make things better this was the only way I could get them computers and they have no other way to work on school work etc. They told me they would give me a partial refund and suggested that I go to a store in America. I just wanted what I ordered. I read reviews and they seemed to be an honest company. But here I sit with no computers for my grandchildren.
I brought a laptop and I have not got it yet On the 9.11.[protected]. Please send it or money back in bank
