I recently booked a reservation for the quality Inn in Westfield, Massachusetts. When I searched for this hotel, I specifically did not want to go to an online booking site but to the actual hotel website. I went to what I thought was Sleepinn.com to book reservations, but somehow ended up booking reservations through Bookonline.com. When I received my conformation via email the price, I was charged was twice the price I was quoted. I contacted Bookonline.com where I was, I clearly explained that no refunds were given. I then filled fraudulent charges with my bank.
